Excellent little family run hotel, mother and grandmother seen to do lots of the work together. Very nice people. They don't speak very much English, but we had a good chat in basic french and she told me some food restaurants to try and that there was an even on in the town. Chauvigny is a cracking little place, medieval, restaurants, castles, shops. Great stay.

The hotel is situated in a very peaceful, residential area. The room was basic and functional with a comfy bed. I slept very well and would definitely consider staying here again.
