酒店連接藍牙的那個鬧鐘不知道為什麼一直響，也沒有定啊，然後衞生的話也還行，但是感覺床單那些就很潤，睡着一點都不舒服，環境的話也湊合，服務的話，主要是態度方面沒有問題，但是我當時去的時候涉及到他洗水池那個漏槽卡住了水放不下去，然後就當天晚上給前台有反應，然後第二天早上7點鐘就來了敲門，太早了，人根本就沒睡好，因為當時從外南趕到泗水的時候，人已經很累了，然後想好好休息一下，結果早上的那個客房服務來修理太早了，就是沒有提前説一聲，我反應了，我就説的是可以遲一點，我説我第二天需要好好休息一下，但是他還是來的很早

非常滿意。首先酒店非常注意安保措施，然後樓下的小童戲水區。我也很滿意，服務員對我們非常照顧，一看到小朋友從泳池出來就給我們遞毛巾，還有免費的飲品喝，説實話，這是我在印尼住得最便宜，最舒心的一家酒店了，最後我們現在酒店喝點酒，由於我們已經吃過晚餐了，就衹點了酒，餐廳工作人員就給我們免費送來幾疊小菜，要是你們這種也開在峇裏島的海灘旁就好了

I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

整個印尼馬來行程中最超出預期的酒店，酒店由法國雅高集團直接管理，無論是裝修風格、各類服務、房間設施、地理位置還是衞生情況都非常不錯。房間裝修現代但非常有設計感，設施都很新且齊全，附近有非常多Google Map評分4.7以上的餐廳、麥當勞、全家、必勝客等連鎖店，口味完全不輸泗水市區，且交通情況更良好，離機場也衹有約30min車程。如果沒有探索泗水市區，如老城、唐人街需求的遊客完全可以在酒店附近閑逛，周邊的生活所需和配套設施一應俱全。

這家飯店地理位置非常好。飯店旁邊就是24小時營業的Indomaret便利商店（相當於7-11），步行約10分鐘即可到達Tunjungan Plaza購物中心，那是個非常大的購物中心。飯店午餐有優惠，30,000印尼盾即可享用米飯套餐和無限暢飲的冰茶。如果您不追求豪華設施，酒店的設施非常基礎。我希望酒店改進的一點是空調噪音。我入住的第一晚，冷氣噪音非常大，吵得我一直睡到凌晨2點。除此之外，我沒有其他不滿之處。

這其實是一個很酷的酒店,作爲喜歡復古東西的人,我真的對這個地方很欣賞,從他們的歷史前樓,他們的復古風格的房間,都帶我回到了90年代到2000年初。NOSTALGIA🥺。小時候,爺爺奶奶過去帶我旅行,住酒店,所以這樣的酒店在我心裏有特別的地方。 可惜看起來他們真的削減了預算,雖然他們給了很便宜的房間價格(不比IDR250K含早餐),但WEEKENDS??但是毛巾不再是白色的,感覺很薄(不像其他酒店毛巾),牀單有硬點,沒有浴帽。但我愛檸檬草肥皂和洗髮水,他們在分配器中,塑料廢物較少。 早餐真的很傷心,幾年前在這裏住的時候很不錯。但這次更糟糕。選擇不多,看起來空曠。真的感覺他們沒花太多力氣。嗯,那個價格你期待什麼?我知道他們可能預算很緊。 我注意到他們加了“迷你動物園”標誌,有工作人員警告我,動物還沒有很多,但我決定去看,原來它位於停車路的一側(但室外),有魚和大鳥獸(像雞但不一樣,不知道是什麼)。還有兩個單獨籠子裏的一些,都死了😭😭我告訴了工作人員,他們很快就把死鳥取走了。好主意但執行力差。 但無論如何,位置是頂級的。就在街對面幾米,有公交站,可以跳上素博約巴士去任何地方。酒店本身位於一個熱門目的地(泗水老城)的主要街道上,有歷史建築羣,也與唐人街附近。 真的希望他們能經受住這次經濟風暴,真的愛這家酒店🥺

設施：房間裏面的話沒有配備洗髮水，沐浴露，吹風機這些什麼都沒有。如果出來旅行沒有自帶這些的話啊，謹慎考慮 衞生：酒店環境大堂環境還可以，但是房間衞生堪憂，床單被罩都很舊，而且有破的痕跡，就是臟兮兮的那種感覺。 服務：工作人員態度可以比較親切

它看起來像一家老酒店，從我睡的床上就可以看到它。當我想洗澡時，他們忘了給我毛巾，我必須先去接待處要毛巾。飲用水僅供房間外一起飲用。浴室裡有很多黑色的螞蟻從水槽裡爬出來。房間裡有很多蚊子，你得跟Baygon要防蚊噴霧。飯店必須注意確保客人住得舒適......我們訂了兩個房間......

良好的服務,,友好,位置非常靠近阿姆穆斯林,價格適中,不貴,不便宜...昨天有點。經驗..半夜想洗個澡,,,水不通.. *************在隔壁房間裏找水..
