訪訪客Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

人人生是一场马拉松前台服務和客房服務人員都很熱情。位置靠近體育場，可以看到體育場的美景。唯一的缺點是房間靠近電視牆的地方還有一扇門。但晚上從我的房間可以很清楚地聽到隔壁房間孩子的哭聲。我的建議是，如果有小孩的家庭不想同時入住兩間房間，就不要給他們這樣的房型。
