飯店大樓雖然建於1997年，但房間裝潢現代，非常舒適。 有 3 個溫泉可供客人使用，不容錯過。 晚餐和早餐都很棒。 工作人員很好而且樂於助人。 飯店位於旭岳附近。 爬完山後泡溫泉真是太好了。 更重要的是，飯店所在區域沒有光害。 我看到滿天的星星，真是太棒了。

1.服務人員通英文，非常親切，幫忙預約晚餐、租借腳踏車去超市買哈密瓜等，服務很好，非常推薦。 2.早餐超級好吃的，鹹淡剛好，很有媽媽的味道，非常的用心。 3.非常推薦去對面的匠味屋吃燒肉，在這邊兩個晚上，中間那天吃了台灣人開的‘就‘燒肉，非常不推薦，雖然是台灣人開的...匠味屋不管在和牛或蔬菜的品質都非常好，推薦晚餐首選。 4.很喜歡，下次還會再來住！^_^

房型有點奇怪，中間隔開來的，不是很滿意。晚餐法餐，小紅書上説難吃，確實也不算好吃，但也不差。早餐選擇也不多。温泉室外的有點冷，風景不錯。這個酒店最好的就是風景，景點暴雪山莊感覺，氛圍很好

這裡的環境超棒，生活功能五臟俱全，有烤箱、微波爐、洗脫烘洗衣機、暖爐，基本的生活用品都有，還有餐盤餐具，外面也有空間停車，非常的舒適，非常推薦此住宿地點，而且旁邊就有便利商店可以買東西非常方便，會想再來造訪這裡！

一進來就要脫鞋子在室內行走，可以感受到地板非常的乾淨。房間裡就有屬於自己的戶外溫泉，冬天造訪時體驗到在大雪紛飛時泡湯的感覺。晚餐和早餐都很好吃，每位服務人員非常用心的在接待與服務客人，很喜歡這次的住宿體驗。要去白鬚瀑布也非常近，走路十分鐘就到達。地理位置很棒

這是比埃的一顆小寶石。它給了我可愛的小舒適的木屋,在雪中氛圍。從用餐區和我們的房間看出來,景色太棒了,令人歎爲觀止。很少有東西可以突出 1.負擔得起的費用。 2.安靜的空間,你可以沉入其中,以自己的節奏享受 3.美麗的雪花農場景色 4.乾淨寬敞的房間 5.禮貌周到的員工,能用普通話溝通,是加分項 6.廚師做的免費早餐很好吃,感謝廚師還特意爲我媽媽準備了素食套餐 7.客房內爲客人準備了咖啡豆、咖啡磨機和滴咖啡製作工具 8.寬敞的停車位 然而,對於那些虛弱和不適合攜帶沉重的行李上下樓梯的老年人來說,可能會有點痛苦,因爲酒店沒有電梯進入二樓的臥室。 酒店牀沒有日本其他酒店舒服。 總的來說,我喜歡住在這家酒店,很高興再次訪問這個地方。

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

從接駁車把我們從旭川Tabist hotel接到飯店，check in時，服務人員態度很nice，我們的保溫瓶落在接駁車上，也迅速幫我們找回，再進到進入溫泉浴場，整個浴場很有「硫磺」味，整個超愛的，晚上八點的賓果遊戲（一枚500円）更是讓氣氛high 到不行，小可惜的是晚餐時段6點45分左右進入餐廳，就什麼食材都沒有了，之後再來一批旅行團，食材更是沒補充，直接來炸雞翅、炸魚，一些飲品也沒來得及補充，只能吃冰淇淋越吃越冷，整個感覺好像很怕「人」吃的樣子，不喜歡這種感覺，這樣你不如給我一套「懷石」料理，我會更感動⋯⋯ 但其實我要吐槽的是「層雲峽冰瀑節」，不能說我們是最後一天抵達，就什麼都沒有了，ㄧ些遊樂設施沒了（都沒了）只剩贊助方的旗子，花火幾發？舉辦方既然收錢了，是不是要有相對應的保險，也沒有？冰雕內的冰會滑我知道，但也不是丟幾片塑膠止滑墊，就能便宜行事的吧？我只能提醒同行長輩「小心腳下～」不幸的事還是發生，我們家長輩跌倒了，詢問場方管理人員後，得知因為我們是「自由行」只有我們自己的保險可以處理，最多是請我們回飯店人員幫我們叫「救護車」，這樣對嗎？後續的行程整個都泡湯了⋯⋯整個泡湯喔⋯⋯

就在美瑛站後面，很近，也很好！！ 房間很舒服，床單和浴室都很乾淨:) 最重要的是，氣氛真的很好，我喜歡早上醒來很容易而且很安靜！我還想再來~*^^*
