訪訪客Resort amenities are quite great! Pools are well maintained and are varied for different age groups. Schedule of Activities are also posted on the reception area, however they were unavailable at the time we asked for it. Misleading and disappointing. Staff were friendly but there are poor communication in between shifts evident on the lack of endorsement. We ordered food ahead of time, but were served almost an hour late.
There are also a lot of misleading info on the terms and policies posted by the resort online, I suggest you update it as it is a crucial part in making guests informed and comfortable.

訪訪客Location is perfect. Room size very ok. It was spacious. View from room was great. The hotel has a rooftop where you can see Mt Samat. Most staff were polite. Breakfast was fine. Hot water in the bathroom was good. What I didn't like, Smart TV always stopped. Room was clean, but not sparkling clean. Bed was clean but not soft. Fridge door could not be closed, but they replaced it.

Ddarry lyn salentes -del rosarioThe view is nice and complete with complimentary toiletries. The place is clean as well as the beach area although there were some stray dogs roaming around. It is spacious and lots of pools that you can also choose from.

訪訪客While the overall stay was relaxing, location is somewhat difficult to arrive at if you do not have a vehicle. Beach front good. Restaurant service was satisfactory, some items on menu being not available, is disappointing and service varied at times slow, Jessa in particular stood out for her attentive bubbly friendly nature always welcoming with a smile. Coffee machine apparently broke down so no back up to even make an instant coffee (i.e., boil a kettle), on our last day
Had to pay a fee per hour to either play darts or billiards (pool) which personally I don't believe in house guests should have to pay.
Check in was efficient as well as check out with reception staff polite friendly and professional.

訪訪客Overall, our stay at the resort was pleasant with clean beach and pools and friendly staff. They also allow outside food and drinks. However, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the restroom, the weak water supply in the room's shower, and the high prices of food. Despite their adorable presence, it's concerning that the dogs are drinking from the pool, which raises hygiene concerns.
