We booked two villas for a week at this brand new adults only resort and had a wonderful experience overall. It is clear no expense has been spared in creating this beautiful complex of seven villas surrounding a stunning central pool, all set within meticulously landscaped gardens. The owners and staff deserve real credit for the care, attention to detail, and pride they have invested in creating such a relaxing and welcoming environment. What we loved: * The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Well done to the entire team. * The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and very well appointed. * Each villa has a lovely private patio, providing a perfect space to relax outdoors. * The entire resort is immaculately maintained, with daily housekeeping available if desired. * The swimming pool is luxurious, and its setting amongst the gardens is simply superb. * Complimentary bicycles with locks are a thoughtful addition. * Fresh bottled drinking water is provided daily. * Being an adults-only resort is a huge advantage, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. * It was lovely to meet and chat with the owners, who live next door and clearly care deeply about the resort. As a new resort, there are just a few improvements that would certainly elevate the guest experience even further. Suggestions: Breakfast was the key area that fell below the otherwise excellent standard. Vegetarian options were extremely limited, despite advising we were vegetarian, with much of the buffet left uncovered, attracting insects and leading to leftover food / unnecessary waste. Fried eggs were housed in with the meat selection, which may not suit some guests. Tea was also unavailable at breakfast. A simple made-to-order breakfast menu with a small selection of fresh options (such as yoghurt and granola, smoothie bowls, omelettes, eggs, pancakes, etc.), alongside covered pastries, toast, fruit, tea, and coffee, would provide greater choice, fresher food, significantly reduce leftover over, and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Breakfast Accessibility is challenging during inclement weather. The breakfast buffet is set up in the small reception area, which requires a short outdoor walk from each villa. Outside reception there are only four small tables with parasols for guests to dine. When it rains, which is on most days during the wet season, it is impractical to sit outside, leaving guests with no option but to carry trays of food back to their villas through torrential rain or avoid breakfast paid for. Our breakfast experience on our last day was ruined due to torrential rain. The reception area itself is not configured to accommodate indoor breakfast seated tables, making the overall breakfast experience highly inconvenient in regular wet weather. Providing a covered or indoor dining area would significantly improve the guest experience and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Wi-Fi was intermittent throughout our stay and unavailable for almost two full days. Reliable internet is increasingly important, particularly for guests combining leisure with remote work. The above improvement suggestions are offered with genuine positive intent. This is already an outstanding boutique resort, and a few relatively simple improvements, particularly to the breakfast offering, would elevate it among the best adults only retreats in the area. We would happily recommend staying here and hope our feedback helps make an already wonderful resort even better for future guests. We look forward to seeing the resort flourish in the years ahead.

我們非常喜歡在這裡度過的一周，步行即可輕鬆抵達海灘、酒吧和餐廳。房間乾淨寬敞，超大的陽台可以欣賞到山脈和大海的景色，這對我們來說非常特別——我們在陽台上待了很長時間！泳池很清爽，雖然它夾在兩家酒店之間，沒有地方可以坐下來曬太陽，這很不尋常！ 電力供應出現了問題，影響了WiFi和供水，但飯店工作人員很快就通知了我們並表示歉意——問題出現前的幾天，飯店曾遭遇過嚴重的季風降雨。我們最終被免費轉移到隔壁酒店的同等房型，同時維修工作也正在進行中——我希望現在一切都已經修好了，感謝這支可愛的團隊。

Stay Dates: 13 – 16 September 2025 We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly — the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right — not too big and not too small — making it easy to manage with kids. We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldn’t shower before checking out (a funny memory now!). Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient. Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isn’t an issue — there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great! Overall, I’m happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.

真正的度假村，可以坐船去萊利海灘攀巖、可以在酒店預訂快艇出海巡遊海島，巡遊過程中可以跳海，看到了美麗的水母，日落，也可以呆在酒店活動，游泳、曬太陽、乒乓球、桌球、高爾夫，酒店環境美到無與倫比，進入酒店園區就令人神清氣爽。12月31日當晚的房價最高，來了才發現是包含了跨年晚宴的費用，非常豐盛的晚餐以及精彩的歌舞表演！還有跨年倒數煙花！跨年氣氛熱烈！ 我一定還會再來！非常愜意的酒店！

在帕卡賽度假村度過了完美的生日假期！ 我在甲米奧南的帕卡賽度假村住了兩晚（6月22日至24日），體驗非常棒，簡直超出了我的預期——尤其是我的生日！我原本只希望房間能升級，但度假村的安排遠遠超出了我的想像，讓我的生日慶祝活動真正難忘。 從我抵達的那一刻起，工作人員就熱情友善。我驚喜地發現度假村免費升等了房間，驚喜遠不止於此。生日當天，我收到了精美的生日蛋糕，床上擺放著溫馨的祝福卡片，而且一整天都享受到了真誠周到的服務。 我還預訂了度假村餐廳GAIA的晚餐，並獲贈了一杯免費雞尾酒以示慶祝。餐廳的氛圍、服務和食物都無可挑剔——這是一頓完美的生日晚餐。 度假村本身溫馨寧靜，四周綠樹環繞，讓人感覺與大自然親密接觸。泳池區環境優美，令人放鬆，整個度假村都洋溢著寧靜祥和的氛圍。 總而言之，我在入住期間感受到了無微不至的關懷。我強烈推薦帕卡賽度假村給所有來奧南旅遊的人，特別是如果您正在尋找一個兼具舒適、自然和貼心服務的地方。我已經開始計劃下次入住了！

It's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said ”that doesn't look like our room”. After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to ”sleep on it”, pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said ”I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp”. She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins ”for the trouble”. After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a ”do not disturbe” sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

我们于2025年7月入住：酒店干净舒适，远离喧闹的街道和播放着震耳欲聋音乐的酒吧，没有蚂蚁或其他小虫子，这在泰国绝对是一大优势。家具是新的，房间明亮，每天都会打扫，床单和毛巾也很干净，每天都会补充饮用水。如果您有任何问题，可以咨询前台——他们能很快解决！早餐虽然比较单调，但种类齐全。唯一的缺点是离海边有点远。往返海边只能乘坐嘟嘟车，单程200泰铢，而且不管您是两个人还是七个人都一样！当然，嘟嘟车很贵🤦♀️。穿着人字拖步行到海边需要30分钟，穿运动鞋需要20分钟，但带着孩子的话就太远了！价格、服务质量和房间本身都非常吸引人👍

這是一家舊酒店，但前往有點困難，因為你需要停車，然後乘坐高爾夫球車前往房間。我們的房間在頂樓，所以每次去某個地方，我們都必須打電話叫車來接我們。房間的整體狀況不錯，但昆蟲很多，室內室外都有。即使泡在水里，也有很多昆蟲，也許是因為房間完全被森林包圍。晚上，這裡似乎不太安全，因為門只有一把鎖，而且別墅之間沒有任何隔間。那裡只有兩個女人，所以有點嚇人，因為任何人都可以走上來敲門。

最近，我有幸在甲米恰恰別墅海濱度假村 (Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort) 入住了五天四夜，預訂方式是透過攜程網 (Trip.com)。我們一家六口，包括兩個大人和四個小孩，覺得家庭房寬敞舒適，完全滿足了我們的需求。房間溫馨舒適，在一天的探險之後，為我們提供了一個寧靜的休憩之所。 度假村的工作人員非常友善周到，總是帶著溫暖的微笑，隨時準備提供協助。我們尤其喜歡度假村提供前往奧南海灘的免費接駁車服務，從中午開始每兩小時一班，方便我們探索週邊地區。 雖然海濱位置的景色令人嘆為觀止，但值得注意的是，由於海灘本身多岩石，並不適合游泳。不過，度假村內的多個游泳池彌補了這個缺陷，為放鬆和娛樂提供了充足的機會。自助早餐種類豐富，確保我們每天都能有個美好的開始。 度假村寧靜平和的氛圍讓我們的入住體驗煥然一新。雖然它或許不算是五星級好評，但優質的服務和設施帶來了愉快的體驗。我們已經迫不及待地想再次入住甲米恰恰別墅海濱度假村了。 也謝謝你們送的驚喜生日蛋糕！ 🥰

酒店的位置優越,旁邊是夜市,步行,旁邊是藝術船,酒店對面的海水非常漂亮,游泳,觀賞日落,每天清理房間,接待有點可接受,房間配備的,牀上可以更舒服,冷調,什麼酒店有缺陷,它老了,需要更多的關注,需要更換房間,但是我認爲這家鋼鐵是有意的,因爲泰國的傳統,有冰箱和儲藏,只選擇了瑞典房間,酒店走很長,沒有電梯,他們拿了100美元,更重要的是,酒店價格比泰國低但是,讓您的最高期望值是星級酒店,互聯網幾乎不起作用,我沒有嘗試過餐廳
