Good room, food, comfortable swim pool and beautiful beach, professional hotel team. Especially warmly lady Hadil helped a lot for my trip 👍👍

我們在這裏的服務真的很掙扎,我告訴他們我結婚了,我有家人和他們住在一起,還有家人分散在附近的其他酒店。皇家阿祖爾是唯一一家不配合我們允許客人進入酒店的酒店,我們在前門多次被攔住,前台的工作人員也不符合我們的需求。婚禮壓力很大,但是,酒店沒有緩解任何壓力,增加了更多的壓力。我不會回到這裏。

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

這家飯店真是太棒了！乾淨整潔，員工服務周到，有求必應。餐飲選擇豐富，還有三個泳池可供選擇。強烈推薦，價格也很合理。我們下個月還會再來，絕對名副其實的五星級飯店！

有自己的海灘，遊玩設施很多，包含兩餐的價格，純純的一個度假酒店。幾個游泳池，海邊也可以有游泳。帶孩子來玩很不錯。
