這個酒店在卡帕的Ürgüp 小鎮，距離格雷梅10分鐘車程，比格雷梅安靜不那麼遊客，也有公交車到達格雷梅，挺方便！最重要的是老闆會説中文溝通方便，他告訴我原來是經營Feris Cave Hotel,在攜程上評分很高，合同到期不續租，轉到離Feris150米距離的Bella Vista,在Wish Hill 的半山腰上，可以看到很漂亮的風景，早起還可以看到熱氣球，露台有漂亮的咖啡廳和餐廳,老闆會給你介紹在卡帕怎麼玩比較好，還可以找他預訂熱氣球、騎馬看日落、ATV、土耳其之夜、土耳其浴等，反正找他全搞定，而且我們出去其他地方問問，酒店老闆給的價格實惠多了，強烈推薦給各位，來土耳其找他就對了[強][強][強]

We stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

This hotel offered the best service. Although it’s a bit far, you can arrange a private transfer simply by contacting the hotel staff, and the price is even cheaper than taking a taxi yourself. Since we had an early bus to catch the next morning, we originally weren’t going to be able to have breakfast because it starts at 8 a.m. However, the staff proactively told us they could prepare breakfast an hour early for us. The breakfast was incredibly generous—hands down the best I had in Turkey. This is a hotel with amazing value for money. If I get the chance, I’d definitely come back.

酒店位於小鎮外圍的山上，可以俯瞰整個小鎮，景色非常美。酒店環境非常漂亮，充滿了浪漫的氣息～，我們住的是獨門獨院的大廈房型，三個房間都非常大，每個房間都有自己的特色，非常喜歡。自帶的院子和露台也很出片，房間也很乾凈衞生，設施齊全，晚上會開地暖，温度很舒服。 酒店的服務非常好!很貼心，特別是我在酒店泳池遺漏了一件衣服，到了另外一個城市才發現遺落了當天半夜給酒店打電話，立馬説找到了，並在得知我們的回國的時間後，在快遞公司一早上班的時候就發了特快快遞寄往我們後天將入駐的伊斯坦堡的酒店。這點非常貼心！很多海外酒店根本不給寄遺失物！太喜歡這點了～非常感謝在這個酒店遇到的每個員工～下次再到卡帕，還會選擇這個酒店。

在這家酒店住了 4 晚，一切都很棒。工作人員非常樂於助人而且很有禮貌。簡而言之，我們住得很愉快。

好看好看好看！！服務超好！ 我直接給到夯爆了👍 酒店的spa我直接給到夯👍太太太爽了（P123） 酒店泳池很好看，spa太爽了救命！（我和我男朋友一起去的，2個人220€。 spa絕對是這個酒店最牛的項目，全身精油按摩（正反都按）➕磨砂膏搓澡➕土耳其style泡泡洗澡➕泥膜面膜，直接爽的我飛起來hhh在酒店就給旁邊的中國大哥強烈推薦過了 酒店還可以給預約落日/日出 騎馬，ATV，熱氣球etc，入住當天下午就去了落日騎馬（在rose valley）。 真的太美了，就是這個山谷非常顛，不會騎馬的不建議來，對於沒學過馬術的來説還是蠻危險的。我從小學騎馬都屁股痛。 晚上點外賣結果因為沒有本地手機號註冊失敗，前台幫忙給我們想吃的餐廳打電話訂餐，讓酒店的司機去取得餐（給司機100里拉小費🥹好便宜的好感動）服務我也直接給到夯👍 我們連住了兩天 ，第三天早上11:00退房結果我們睡到12:30酒店才催我打電話😂😂 全程入住➕退房都有管家幫拿行李。當時我手受傷破皮了，酒店還有急救箱（裏面好多東西沒太看清），給我塗的葯膏，包的創口貼，第二天給我包的紗布。

東西非常友好和樂於助人,早餐很棒,酒店位置靠近奧塔希薩爾城堡和鎮上最受歡迎的街道,有餐館。從Göreme開車10分鐘。房間乾淨,舒適,有你需要的一切和溫暖 - 天氣寒冷多雨,所以這一事實拯救了我們的冷驢。但是如果你在溫暖或炎熱的天氣中去,考慮到房間沒有通風(也沒有窗戶)除了門。所以我建議在這裏預訂有窗戶的房間:)

Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff made me feel truly valued and at home in this stunning cave hotel setting. I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region. The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.
