匿匿名用戶這個酒店在卡帕的Ürgüp 小鎮，距離格雷梅10分鐘車程，比格雷梅安靜不那麼遊客，也有公交車到達格雷梅，挺方便！最重要的是老闆會説中文溝通方便，他告訴我原來是經營Feris Cave Hotel,在攜程上評分很高，合同到期不續租，轉到離Feris150米距離的Bella Vista,在Wish Hill 的半山腰上，可以看到很漂亮的風景，早起還可以看到熱氣球，露台有漂亮的咖啡廳和餐廳,老闆會給你介紹在卡帕怎麼玩比較好，還可以找他預訂熱氣球、騎馬看日落、ATV、土耳其之夜、土耳其浴等，反正找他全搞定，而且我們出去其他地方問問，酒店老闆給的價格實惠多了，強烈推薦給各位，來土耳其找他就對了[強][強][強]

訪訪客This hotel offered the best service. Although it’s a bit far, you can arrange a private transfer simply by contacting the hotel staff, and the price is even cheaper than taking a taxi yourself. Since we had an early bus to catch the next morning, we originally weren’t going to be able to have breakfast because it starts at 8 a.m. However, the staff proactively told us they could prepare breakfast an hour early for us. The breakfast was incredibly generous—hands down the best I had in Turkey. This is a hotel with amazing value for money. If I get the chance, I’d definitely come back.

The staff was kind and helpful especially in booking our transfers and giving us recommendations for where to eat. The rooms itself was well kept and gave you a movie like feel. Would definitely come to stay again here. Thanks again to Metin and Eray and the rest of the staff for a wonderful stay!

訪訪客酒店位於小鎮外圍的山上，可以俯瞰整個小鎮，景色非常美。酒店環境非常漂亮，充滿了浪漫的氣息～，我們住的是獨門獨院的大廈房型，三個房間都非常大，每個房間都有自己的特色，非常喜歡。自帶的院子和露台也很出片，房間也很乾凈衞生，設施齊全，晚上會開地暖，温度很舒服。
酒店的服務非常好!很貼心，特別是我在酒店泳池遺漏了一件衣服，到了另外一個城市才發現遺落了當天半夜給酒店打電話，立馬説找到了，並在得知我們的回國的時間後，在快遞公司一早上班的時候就發了特快快遞寄往我們後天將入駐的伊斯坦堡的酒店。這點非常貼心！很多海外酒店根本不給寄遺失物！太喜歡這點了～非常感謝在這個酒店遇到的每個員工～下次再到卡帕，還會選擇這個酒店。

訪訪客土耳其之行最期待的就是Sacred House了，作為吸血鬼日記狂熱粉，早早就準備好了粧造。酒店一進門會有英倫風小哥帶領並講解這座擁有250年歷史的酒店（擁有者、裝修理念、古董來由…） 。全程整個酒店都會縈繞着相關氛圍的音樂，晚上會有小型篝火，氛圍感簡直拉滿~❤️
小哥Gondal真的超級好，給了我們超乎想象的體驗，把這次體驗推向極致。一下車就看到一個紳士帥氣的英倫風模特站在那裡，熱情地向我們打招呼，讓我們感到賓至如歸的同時也不會感到生分，像是好朋友帶我們參觀他的家。先幫我們提行李+Check in，然後帶我們將整個酒店轉了一圈，非常生動形象地向我們介紹這個聖屋的歷史，英文非常好哈哈。
同時對於我們的需求有求必應，晚上幫我拍了超級多的美照。拍照技術好又超級有想法，換了一個又一個場景，出了一張又一張絕美照片。其實挺不好意思的，因為耽誤了他好多時間。總而言之，他和這座酒店一樣都是寶藏哈哈，去酒店的姐妹請一定不要錯過他！
A special mention goes to Gondal. We saw him both morning and night, always working hard with a smile. His behavior with guests is exceptional, and he truly goes above and beyond to take care of everyone. He is one of the main reasons our experience was so memorable.
I also met the manager in the lobby, and she was incredibly kind. She even gave us an antique key, which made the experience feel even more special.
Overall, I highly recommend Sacred House. It’s a beautiful place with amazing staff and unforgettable hospitality.

Hhvoldje東西非常友好和樂於助人,早餐很棒,酒店位置靠近奧塔希薩爾城堡和鎮上最受歡迎的街道,有餐館。從Göreme開車10分鐘。房間乾淨,舒適,有你需要的一切和溫暖 - 天氣寒冷多雨,所以這一事實拯救了我們的冷驢。但是如果你在溫暖或炎熱的天氣中去,考慮到房間沒有通風(也沒有窗戶)除了門。所以我建議在這裏預訂有窗戶的房間:)

Lage; Perfekt! - 5Min. von der Altstadt und ”Balıklıgöl” entfernt.
Personal; nicht zu überteffen! - Das Personal übertrifft sich selber an Freundlichkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Das Vertauensverhältnis ist sofort aufgebaut.
Schaut euch nich nach Guides oder ähnliches um.... Das Personal und die Direktion ist bestens informiert und gibt gerne Tips und Tourenvorschläge.

IIbrahimOtel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melis Cave Hotel in Ürgüp, Cappadocia, and it far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff made me feel truly valued and at home in this stunning cave hotel setting.
I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region.
The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.
