CChristopherA very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

__WeChat255378****特別漂亮寬敞的房間 乾淨整潔 入住也很方便！ 房東回覆超級快 有一個建議就是可以明確標一下大門和一樓房間的位置 在住的時候有其他房間的人來敲門我還以為是小偷結果衹是找不到房間了。離布朗大學步行五分鐘以內 有一個好喝的咖啡廳叫coffee exchange 也步行十分鐘內。 總體很推薦！

訪訪客This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.

叶叶先說亮點，酒店提供shuttle到市區，雖然那也很近，但自行停車不便。酒店司機很熱情服務，推薦的海明威餐館非常棒
入住時酒店重複收了房費，退房時就發現和交涉但一直沒退回，后聯繫攜程處理，給攜程點贊

訪訪客酒店離布朗很近，走路可到達，周圍環境安全乾凈，散散步很舒適，旁邊超市，餐館很多，星巴克就在二樓！酒店早晨在大堂有免費咖啡，味道不錯！
