This place was amazing , the front desk was very friendly while we were asking questions since we never been here before . I highly recommend this place it feels like home . They serve complimentary breakfast , have an outdoor pool , 24 hr gym , and have an outside patio for bbq or just to hang out . Overall it was ga great experience and I would come back again !

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had at Hyatt House Parsippany East. I booked and fully paid for my stay through *******, but when I arrived, the front desk staff refused to let me check in unless I canceled my non-refundable ******* booking and rebooked directly with them. It was clear they were trying to scam me out of more money. Because of this, I was left waiting for hours and ended up late to a wedding. The staff showed zero professionalism or empathy — just excuses and attitude. On top of that, the property itself is in terrible condition: the electricity kept going on and off, the bathrooms barely had any water pressure, and the place looked poorly maintained overall. I strongly advise against staying here. This hotel is dishonest, poorly managed, and completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else — this place gives the Hyatt brand a bad name.

Breakfast very good, plenty of choices and always kept full. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. I didn't like to be charged for parking for just parking anywhere in the parking lot, not valet of any kind; i call it a shame because it is just to get an extra $20 out of you without a reason.

An exceptional stay overall, beyond my expectations. Housekeeping was highly professional and punctual. Unfortunately, the checkout experience did not match the same standard, as the customer service attitude was disappointing.
