Amazing experience

Worst experience. We came into town and got to the hotel around 10pm. Received our keys no problem. This was a family trip, so my mom had a room, and we had our own room. I walked in w my mom to her room while my husband was getting our bags out of the car. Upon opening the door, there was a roach crawling across the wall. The linens had black stains, the floors had stains and our room smelled of urine. I will tell you that it was bad enough we wouldn't walk on carpet without shoes. We were exhausted, as like i said, we didn't get to the hotel until around 10pm. Because of that we decided to sleep on it. That night, I killed 3 roaches in our room, my mom another roach in hers. We weren't willing to stay. We notified the hotel manager. I can guarantee you he knows the condition of the rooms. While he asked if we wanted another room, based on the sanitation issues in both our rooms, we knew this wouldn't change in any rooms. He stated since we booked w *******, we would complain to them and he would go about the refund process. We were willing to pay for the first night, as we did stay. However, he has not answered *******'s request for refund. Of course!! So, my goal here, is if i help even one person to NOT choose this hotel, I'll be satisfied w that. The pictures taken are NOT a true reflection of the property and rooms. This person has gotten away w our money, please don't fall for it yourself.

I spent night in this Motel on August 4th 2022. I’m cargo van driver and just have been driving through to the East Cost. The motel was ok like usual old 2 star motel, but A/C hadn’t been produced enough cold and room was smelling cigarettes in spite of the fact that all motels rooms are smoked-free. But it was late and I decided to stay. After 2 weeks I recognised that deposit didn’t return to my card. I contacted Motel and asked to figure it out. Women on the phone sad that everything is OK and deposit doesn’t go back automatically and I need to call again next morning to ask manager to make a return. I called back in about a week and had reached manager/owner. He already knew my name and was ready to talk to me. He sad that I left room with tons of trash and food “like you spent there 2 weeks not 1 night” and “there was cigarette smell and butts everywhere” and all the towels were used. To say that I was disappointed is not to say anything. I’m 100% smoke free person and I hate anybody smoking even under my windows. I spent in room about 9 hours working on laptop and sleeping between two working days (it’s all you need when drive 10 days from cost to cost). I didn’t have anybody with me (i just don’t know any person there) and I left early morning for loads in LA area. I left key in night window because there was nobody in the office and door was locked. Nobody contacted me about my room or deposit. I asked manager why nobody tried to contact me at the moment when the inspected the room - but he sad they don’t usually contact about deposits. I asked for some proofs cuz they trying to charge me $100 and I want to know what is is for but he sad I need to request deposit back at check out after inspection. I don’t know what I can do in situation like that. He is just lies and trying to steal my deposit. Be aware!

coffee! no cups, whole place looks like it needs renovation, the bed is long past useful life. If you need a pit stop in a not so great area, this is your low cost stop. I would not use it again.

They let us check in early. Ok for an overnight stay only! Nothing special to mention.

Room was great, slept good, lady in front desk was really nice!

Cleanliness was not as great. The water in bathroom was brown when turning on the shower. Yuck. Not staying here again. It was looking for a place near wedding venue I attended, should of chosen somewhere else.

We stayed over a holiday weekend and the dates were booked up all over LA. I realized that this was a simple motel but it was quite bad. The room was very dirty. After reading reviews I asked the front desk guy to make sure our room wasn't a smoking one. And of course the one we got smelled like smoke. So he was nice and switched rooms for us. The second one smelled better but was still dirty and dingy. There was hair on the floor and in the tub, dust everywhere. Microwave hasn't been dusted probably for months. I was afraid to touch the headboard and get all the dust fall on my head. The linens were stained and falling apart. Pillow cases were too small and you could see a pillow literally torn apart inside. I myself worked in hotels for over 10 years and it makes me mad knowing that the property is not taken care of at all. The room size and lay out were nice, there was a fridge and a microwave. But the lack of cleanliness is very upsetting. On the bright side the area is convenient. There is a shopping area close by with places to eat. We had breakfast next door and it was cheap and filling. Also this Inn is a short drive to a beautiful Arboretum which is worth checking out.
