綠樹帕薩迪納旅館(GreenTree Pasadena)

It’s good as a motel. Clean and quiet room with microwave, refrigerator, tv, soup&shampoo,conditioner, hot water, wardrobe,coffee maker, conditioner, Wi-Fi free in room.

Tony the desk clerk was helpful, kind and professional. His courtesy enhanced our otherwise dreadful experience. Breakfast was awful. One yogurt was the only item left besides bread and mini muffins.Towels were in short supply and we had no maid service. This was during the Rose Bowl parade so the room was insanely high priced for the value received.

At checkin, The manager overcharged me $100, and made it seem like it was *******’s fault—-then there was only one towel in room….flooring and property condition was very dirty and poorly finished…. Open air breakfast room (nice), but breakfast was cold unfortunately—decent food tho!

Towel bar was broken in bathroom and ceiling was pealing. Reported the towel bar to the front desk and it wasn’t fixed. Disposable Coffee cups not replaced after use, same with coffee creamers. Towels are very small and poor quality. If you’re looking for a very basic place to stay. In the flip side, the bed was very comfortable.

We has a standard room costing over 400.00 a night. Room was run down and dirty. The tub was clogged. Metal brackets sticking out of the wall. Crap stains in the toilet. Light fixture was covered with dust and bugs. Breakfast offerings were cold. Only saving grace was the staff did come in and clean and fix the clogged tub when I notified them. All the staff was very nice and helpful

The coffee for the morning breakfast was cold…decaf. The extra fees of $100 for security was not disclosed at time of on-line registration. A service fee of $10 dollars was also added, but undisclosed on line also! The breakfast was sickening and a public health challenge …the eggs were not natural and very cold….the beef and gravy with biscuit was pitiful in appearance. The added fees are all trick fees to con the consumer. This hotel is awful and should be pulled from all lists to the consumer. I had to eat a breakfast with my son for $22 dollars …this hotel owes me for the breakfast they claim was included! Outrageous! Never again! Prof M Gene Aldridge and son

Everything was dirty. Our room smelled so bad, it was unbearable. When we checked in, no towels were in the room. It was terrible. Don’t recommend. They had a fully booked facility and they ran out of food at breakfast. We only got to eat a bagel. Nothing else was left and people were coming still.
