The room I got smelled very odd and the walls are thin, but it was inexpensive and comfortable besides that.

Had a water leak in the room shortly after entering. Moved out our luggage so it could be addressed or we could be moved. We asked to be called with updates while gone but weren’t. When we got back we were told it had been fixed and so we grabbed our luggage and went back to the room to find the ceiling open, tools, and towels on the ground. Went back to the front desk to figure out what is happening. The changed our room but when we got there we saw it had one bed for 3 people. I called the desk about it and they brought up a rollaway. Never offered any compensation for any of it.

The room was run down. The room temperature was HOT (74 in the winter) and the only way to cool it down was by opening the first floor balcony door. It was miserable night sleep.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. However the entire place needs an overhaul. The room is old, with worn spot in the carpet, hair dryer didn’t work and the restaurant down stairs was pretty awful, again with nice staff just bad food

This hotel needs to be completely renovated and updated. Broken lamp shade, no power accessible for laptop, uncomfortable bed. Very long walk to room and confusing directions to room. Slow staff at front desk with staff in back not willing to come out to help. Breakfast was plain with limited choices and no coffee remade.

Lumpy bed and pillows. Loud on the first floor. Place is so run down. Do not like the weird layout.

My review is based from being a guest of this location for the past 25 years, and having a high expectation set from those prior stays. The lack of upkeep on the landscaping, carpet cleaning, and doors, etc. is really showing. The locks are being changed over so I had to hike around from the back to get inside. My shower worked when my husband was able to jam the switch. Sadly I think my visits are over.

The battery alarm in the smoke detector went off at 2 am and chirped every 30 seco da for the rest of the night and until we departed. The comedians were 2 of the sickest no talent individuals ever to pretend to be funny. Everything else was great.

Very friendly service. The property was well maintained. My room was clean and private. Very close to the airport so was very convenient.
