As an older Australian who travels independently and has stayed in many hotels over the years, Baradari Palace stands out as one of the warmest and most welcoming places I’ve experienced in many years. I spent nine nights here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and after a day or two the staff already knew my food preferences without me having to ask. It was those little touches that made such a long stay so comfortable. The food was excellent throughout my stay. My original room developed an unexpected buzzing noise one morning. Rather than simply trying to repair it while I waited, the staff moved me to a magnificent suite on the top floor. It was a wonderful upgrade and handled quickly and professionally, and was very much appreciated. One thing that really impressed me was the Wi-Fi. It was fast and reliable throughout the palace, something that’s often overlooked, but makes a real difference during a longer stay, especially when using limited data eSIMs. Staying at Baradari Palace is very different from staying in a modern hotel. The building is full of history and character, and it was a pleasure returning there each evening after exploring Patiala. What impressed me most, though, was the people. Every member of staff I met was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in making sure I enjoyed my stay. I’d also like to personally thank Satish and Ankit. Their kindness and generosity made this visit possible in the first place, and I’m sincerely grateful for everything they did. I left with wonderful memories and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Neemrana Group Baradari Palace to anyone wanting to experience one of India’s finest heritage hotels.

We recently stayed at the Neemrana Baradari Palace hotel. From the moment we drove in to the time we checked out, our stay was made memorable not just by the elegance, regality and charm of this beautiful 19th century property steeped in history but by the highly courteous and polite staff who left no stone unturned in ensuring our short stay was worth remembering. The rooms are exquisite and palatial with antique beds, old photographs and paintings everywhere taking you back in time. And the food is outstanding to say the least. We look forward to visiting the palace soon.

Recently visited Baradari Palace in Patiala and honestly, I’m still not over that place There was something so peaceful and royal about it… like you actually slow down without even trying. The rooms were HUGE, like proper heritage vibes everywhere, but the real highlight for me was that bathtub ✨ didn’t feel like getting out of it at all. Food was just … every meal felt special, not just something you eat and forget. And the staff? Super warm and welcoming throughout. Special thanks to Ankit Chaudhary for taking such great care of everything, made the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places where you don’t just stay… you actually feel it. Definitely going back again

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Baradari Palace Hotel! Set in the middle of Baradari Park, it is a green oasis in the middle of Patiala. We stayed in the very spacious and private Amrinder Singh suite, we had our own porch with comfortable plantation chairs to enjoy relaxing afternoons as we sipped on masala chai. Beautiful teak and rosewood furnishings everywhere! It really felt like we had stepped back in time to the era of the Maharajas and the British Raj. We had our breakfast and dinner here every day of the four days we stayed here. Huge variety of delicious food, you must try the tandoori fish and tandoori pineapple! The staff were very professional and courteous with a generous amount of punjabi charm. Special mention of the manager, Satish, and our favorite waiter, Vishal. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice experience but due to a mismatch in the dinner menu, the experience got ruined. Rooms were majestic and took you back in time; the greenery and the songs of birds made you feel that you had stepped away from the chaos of the city. We were here for B'day celebration and opted for an in-house dinner, but the menu we received was of the restaurant, and after ordering, we got to know that it would be charged. It ruined our experience. We initially explained to the staff that we were guests and staying at the property and not here for dinner, but they accidentally gave the wrong menu, and we had to bear the pain of paying an extra 2.1 K for the same. We are hoping such mistakes don't happen with other customers; please double-check before ordering. We hope for a better experience at Neemrana Fort Palace in Nov'26.

It has the old palace charm and the old palace problems. The room initially alloted was after crossing an open area and at night a haven for lizards. Dozens of lizards scooting on walls, doors, ceiling made for a scary dash to the room. Luckily the staff was understanding and cooperative and changed the room to an indoor location on being approached. The food and service in dining is exemplary especially their dal makhani. It's melt in mouth yummy, that can be devoured even as a snack. The bathrooms are huge, maybe larger than the room and the overall feel is very royal (barring the crawlies).

Excellent food, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service. The staff was polite, attentive, and very professional (especially Ankush , vishal & Kishore). A wonderful dining experience—highly recommended!

Awesome experience for me and my family. Rooms were tidy and clean, staff was well behaved. Food was delicious. Value for money. Positive vibes and peaceful environment.

Heritage property with very courteous staff. It was my first visit to Patiala and I believe that I checked in at the best place.

It’s a lovely place but the restaurant staff is absolutely wonderful. Don’t forget Babbar ji for the special Aamb da achar.
