Though the hotel is bit old and needs repair the food and other amenities were okay with us. The staff were very helpful. The location of hotel was very good just opposite to patna railway station.

Very friendly & pro-active staff esp those in the restaurant who not only help the guests serve themselves the best way but also ply them with options in the most expected time at the table. Team at reception is very friendly enough to wear out any any distress the guests carry during check-in which is very deftly executed without any holdups & avoidable goofups.

The washroom are pathetic, room is average and staffs house keeping are terrible no proper cleaning of rooms overall bad experience also breakfast quality is also pathetic not recommended for corporate travel though local people looking at low budgets can go for it

The hotel is not looking in to maintenance issues, cimodes doesn't flush properly, the staff are talking rudely. Everyone seems frustrated here, please dont expect hospitality and curtsey here. Only positive is location and rooms size, but without maintenance it's of no use.

Overall very bad condition of the rooms. Rooms stink, have fungus in washrooms and curtains, bedsheets and cushions have stains.

No window/glass in the bathroom, people could see from outside, i was not at all feeling safe, pictures of rooms were not all matching with actual room, had a very bad experience and i had to check out on the same day of check in looking for other hotels, never recommending to anyone to take the hotel

There is no cleanliness. The property is not maintained properly. No proper service. This is not a place for a person traveling for official and business purposes. This is opposite to patna railway station and very cramped

A very average hotel. Bathroom was not upto the mark but i managed somehow. Food was also a little bit above average. Amenities were very poor. They didn't provided me slipper even when i was ready to pay for this. A typical indian hotel as we usually finds near any railway station. One night can be manageable but not more than that. Lots of dirt on ac remote, telephone & on tv remote also. They have charged me 1120 rupees for 5. 30 hours more to stay as due to bad weather my flight was delayed. I will prefer to spend night on airport or on railway platform rather than to book this hotel again during patna visit.

The hotel room was not clean. The linens were dirty. The hotel is highly charged. While booking it was written as a king size bed but in reality they provided a queen size bed or may be smaller.

Overall experience is good. Staff is friendly. Room was neat and clean. Associated Restaurant food is worthy.

Staff were courteous & response was very good. Hygiene need a to be improved.
