One of the best places to stay. Excellent rooms, scenic views, services, hospitality and food. I have been visiting every year for last 4 years. Every time now I stay in Greentop hotel. I highly recommend visit to Patnitop, Jammu in hot summer. Highly safe , peaceful and fun.

We didnt stay at this hotel. We went for lunch at the restaurant. Firstly, food is very expensive and quality is bad. A plate of full chilly chicken costs 800/- rupees and was nit good at all. The same full plate at other good hotels cost between 525/- to 600/- Halka noodles was soggy and was full of tomato sauce in it. Wont recommend this restaurant. Expensive and not worth at all.

Was traveling with kids.. It was a bad experience and a very arrogant staff at the hotel. Bathroom taps were leaking and smelling. When we complained and wanted them to show the video of the leak, management was not even concerned. Water bottles in the room were charged without any information. No signature were taken on bills.

We stayed for a day at the property. At first, we found the property great, better than what I had seen in the pictures. Then came the agony. The room was full of spiders, and all rooms in that category(and on that floor) had the same issue. They offered me another room(lower category) but refused to compensate for the category change. Instead, when I asked for a category upgrade(generally what good hotels do), they asked me to pay INR 2500 extra. That was unfair! After a lot of insistence, we finally got the free upgrade, but our evening was spoiled. Even with the room change, there were issues with toilet jet leaking, door not getting locked, etc. In a nutshell, the maintenance of the rooms was poor. Overall, the food was okay and the ground staff was nice. The management needs to learn how NOT to irk their guests.

Had a wonderful stay. The location and rooms are nice. Staff is very cooperative. Food was delicious. Sight seeing with hired horses was a great experience and not to be missed. They touch 4 to 5 points in lush green mountains. Nag Devta temple in the centre of Patnitop is also worth visiting.

Excellent location! Very helpful and courteous staff. Enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast at the on-site restaurant. Great view from our garden room. Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

A Perfect place to stay in Patnitop. Beautiful clean rooms with great view and best service and delicious food is just unforgettable. Perfect location with lovely garden and mind blowing ambience. Thanks to management for the memorable trip . Highly recommend.

It was one of the best hotel have ever went to . food was awesome service was great staff was friendly you get best views here. I would recommend this hotel for everyone teen to senior citizens .By my review I would suggest you should come between November to February

We were 8 friends from Amritsar who went to patnitop. We stayed at hotel greentop. Everything was perfect ! Room's hospitality was good. The view from this hotel were mesmerizing. Great parking space!

We were 2 families ( 4 adults, 3 kids) that travelled to PatniTop in First week of Feb2022 to catch some snow, and stayed in this hotel as it came recommended by nearly everyone - maybe because there is simply no other option (which is realized later on :P) . We booked 2 cottages for 2 nights >> they were touted as 'Better than deluxe rooms' , we believed it, and they really were. To give an idea, the prices were above 5K (plus taxes) per night per cottage room, so easily in 3*-4* league at off-season rates. I'll just a few occurrences as part of my stay experience, for you all to form your own verdict. 1) The evening/night temperature outside is like between -1 to 3/4 deg (this might even be lower in Jan/Dec) , and the hotel DOES NOT have any central or room heating except the 1 individual room heaters (those tower home use ones) and those electric blankets. Firstly, neither works in this temperature, they are designed for home use and NOT commercial hotel use. And these heating appliances DO NOT work if the electricity goes off - which is does for hours with snow or wind or rain. When we asked, the hotel manager said that "We can't be expected to run the generators for heaters and blankets". Right, so the guests (including young kids) are expected to freeze to death because the hotel can't be bothered to have a power backup to run their heating appliances, and they don't even have a decent heating arrangement to begin with. 2) This goes a bit further. Try to feel how does washing your hands with water at 1-2 deg feels like, your fingers will love it - yes, there is no 24x7 heated water as well. The staff turns on heated water for their own decided 3-4 hours in the morning after which they arbitrarily turn it off (which is NOT communicated or mentioned anywhere) , which the guests are expected to figure it out themselves and finish all their bathroom needs by then. Again, the manager gives a wise reply "I turned it off myself at this time, as I thought everyone would have been done by now". SO the guests are expected to follow a bathroom schedule based on hotel's heater water schedule...right. Now if you need heater water anytime after this, call the reception and they turn it of...for like 30 minutes and again turn it off. Call again, same routine..rinse, repeat ..rinse..repeat. 3) We had the request for extra bed put it at the time of booking, so the guy comes in and drops a mattress (yes, NOT a bed) with a bed sheet, and thats all - no pillow and no blankets. When asked - curt response "There are no extra pillows, and your room already has 1 extra blanket, use that". Remember, this extra bedding is PAID for on top of room rent, this is NOT a freebie and definitely NOT A FAVOR from the hotel. And still this expectation to put up with this pathetic service. At this point, I had to give it back to the service guy, and 2 additional blankets magically appeared. 4) A few more observations - TV remotes don't work (they know it and they don'
