酒店前台服務員親切，酒店房間寬敞舒適，雖然道路車廂很大，但可接受！房間乾淨企理，酒店附近按摩食肆眾多，夜市步行15分鐘已經有，值得推介. 酒店距離市中心車行大約15分鐘到達非常方便！

1.房間：房間有一陣水渠味，廁所有一股男廁很欠沒洗的尿味，廁所還有便痕跡，洗手台有頭髮，到處都是水痕，水龍頭和手把等等都是、床包發霉有黑點。 2.服務：態度很差，不論是早班晚班都一樣，他們說2點可以check in，4點到飯店房間還沒準備好，還說不是他們的問題，是我們房間要連著。應客態度十分差，做事也很慢，晚上想拿衛生紙他們超不情願的，還說一天只能用一卷廁紙。 3.用品：超爛，廁紙只有一圈在房間，用完不給拿。杯子都有痕跡，沒洗乾淨，shower gel和shampoo 雙人房用的卻少得可憐，也不好用。 總結而言，名不乎實的飯店，不會再來也不會推薦

其他都挺好！ 退房檢查時候説沒了一雙拖鞋！ 自己就穿着自己拖鞋，房間我都不知道放哪裡！ 估計之前上次退房自己沒有檢查清楚，挺無語的！

房間還很新 衛生上沒問題 地理位置靠山很安靜 有陽台很方便 價格上是很便宜 來巴達雅的首選住宿 沒有什麼好挑剔

房間很大 沒有牙刷牙膏 服務很好 但是泰國很多酒店都沒有牙刷牙膏 很乾凈 空調有點響 可以接受 挺好的

客房服務和前台都很禮貌，訂了園景房不是很喜歡然後前台馬上更換了城景房。聖誕元旦的房間又在離店前訂好了😀

酒店態度很不好，溝通非常困難，下午五點入住等待了兩個小時才收拾好房間，退房當天提前兩小時就一直打電話，強行要求退房否則付款半天房費，環境也略差有蟲子房間潮濕，不建議入住。

總之體驗非常差，陽台外面像墳場，兩邊都是馬路很吵，窗户不隔音空調嗡嗡響內機外機都在響，必須在12點離店，超過要交半天費用，別來入坑，門口服務員倒是還挺會做事！

地點非常適合一家大細去旅行又近步行街又近大商場又近碼頭，唯獨是泳池比較細服務人員有禮貌講解清晰。值得推介

房間的設計，位置、全是我見過最垃圾的！包括床單，很薄。粘粘的、睡到半夜空調還停了，特意去前台叫他來打掃，晚上回來也沒有回來打掃，真的服了、在路邊 非常的吵！！

酒店環境服務相當好，沒得説，地理位置也不錯，樓下有兩個711及飯店都很不錯，打車也方便。

酒店外觀好靚 好新淨 但設施比較少 gym room只有一部單車機 同埋啞鈴 實在太少了 建議增添更多健身儀器 酒店位置也很方便
