假期尾聲從芭達雅飯店要退房時,飯店櫃台跟朋友(下面簡稱A)說,他弄壞房間電視要賠15000泰銖,我弄壞我房間的水杯要賠60泰銖 🙄
A當然無法接受,畢竟我們住的三天,每一天都是在外面,只有晚上才回來洗澡睡覺休息,她從未打開電視過,怎麼可能損壞! 而且那道痕跡是需要打開電視才會發現。
於是我跟著A和房務上去看﹑她房間的螢幕有一條大概8公分左右的像是刮痕,我們整個都傻了,對這樣的事情感到非常無言又憤怒,我完全相信我朋友不可能碰到或者損壞,但畢竟,房間不可能安裝監視器,這種情況完全會落得各說各話的僵局,而且更扯的是,下來跟櫃台說明時,櫃檯直接表明,如果不支付賠償,飯店會找警察來。
此時距離早上行程出發時間,已經delay了我們2個小時,我跟A建議打去領事局或者駐泰代表處之類的反映,幸好奏效,輾轉聯絡辦事處提供的觀光警察處,會派幾位警察到場,其中有一位會說中泰英文,終於,又經過包含等警察來的時間、等它們內部管理階層上樓了解...等等等等,終於順利解決,最後以我自己賠付60,我朋友犧牲押金1000的結果,終於能離開飯店,至此,已經是下午1點30,因為這件事情打亂我們的行程計畫,並且總共花費了四個多小時等待以及處理,這絕對是最壞的旅行經驗。
備註: 照片是我在第二天晚上回房時拍攝,櫃子下方有一隻蟑螂,棉被上有明顯的污漬,非常的噁心。

At this time, we had been delayed for 2 hours before the departure time of the morning trip. A and I suggested calling the consular bureau or the representative office in Thailand to report it. Fortunately, it worked. I contacted the tourist police office provided by the office and they would send a few The police arrived, and one of them could speak Chinese, Thai, and English. Finally, after waiting for the police to arrive, waiting for their internal management to go upstairs to understand... and so on, it was finally resolved smoothly, and I paid 60 THB myself. As a result of sacrificing a deposit of 1,000 THB, also my friend was finally able to leave the hotel. By now, it was already 1:30 p.m.Because this incident disrupted our itinerary plan, and we spent more than four hours waiting and processing, this was definitely the worst travel experience.
Note: The photo was taken when I returned to the room the next night. There was a cockroach under the cabinet and there were obvious stains on the quilt. It was very disgusting.
