來之前做了很多關於Amari的功課,有説好的,也有説踩雷的。住了三晚後,我必須客觀的説,酒店整體設施是多少老舊一些,但三天住下來還是很舒服的,超過預期的,非常好。 酒店位置在泰國灣的邊上,走幾步過馬路就是海灘,而且出門就是好幾家餐館和711,吃喝實在太方便了。 酒店早餐也絕對比網上的一些帖子寫的要好一些,種類蠻全的,有些口味確實差點,但挑到自己喜歡吃的並且吃飽肯定是沒問題的。尤其是水果很新鮮,並且果汁種類很多。 泳池設施絕對是亮點,也是我選Amari的最重要原因。孩子確實玩的很開心,尤其是幾個水滑梯,簡直是玩不膩。 家庭房一個大床應該是兩米,再加上一個上下床,2大2小住起來很舒服。需要吐槽的是空調確實太老舊了,聲音特別大。 另外家庭房朝向確實不好,看不到海。但這些都可以克服。 整體還是很滿意的,家人也都開心,還會考慮再來。

這家海景酒店的體驗遠超預期!房間視野絕佳,推窗就是無邊海景,清晨躺在床上就能欣賞海上日出,傍晚在陽台吹着海風看日落,簡直治癒極了。 酒店地理位置優越,離21客運大樓和蒂芙尼秀都很近。下樓步行幾分鐘就到沙灘,出酒店左面100米就是711,711隔壁就是兑換錢的地方。房間乾淨舒適,床品軟硬適中,睡得非常踏實。設施也很貼心,乾濕分離的衞生間、獨立浴缸一應俱全。 服務方面更是加分,前台熱情周到,還幫忙升級了房型。早餐豐富,現煮的當地特色粉面味道很棒。 總之是一次完美的度假體驗,性價比高,下次來還會選擇這裏!強烈推薦給喜歡海景的朋友。

酒店臨海是挺不錯的,公共環境也不錯,服務一般吧,第二天沒有給新拖鞋和水,辦理入住時前台説我們訂的雙床房不適合和孩子住想讓升級房間,我説孩子還小沒升級,備註了不要靠近電梯的房間,還特意給了貼着電梯的,電梯運行時聲音挺明顯的影響睡眠。水質不好,幸虧自己帶了花灑和濾芯,才洗一會兒濾芯就變成如圖那樣了。

跟家人一起新年度假過來芭堤雅 泳池值得一讚,好岩小朋友玩,曬太陽嘅位也很充足,很適合hea遊 房間很大,雖然揀海景房,但主要是對面樓景,可能揀泳池景房,視野會廣闊些 開露台後發現有些曱甴仔經過 其實整體是不錯的

不帶任何主觀色彩,衹説入住這4天在酒店發生的事情,客觀陳述事實。 1. 入住辦理:酒店明確寫着15點以後可以辦理入住,我們一行人當日15點10分到達酒店,告知其中一間房還需要15分鐘才能辦理,另一間房需要50分鐘。結果16點了,兩間房依舊沒收拾出一間來,到了將近16點30,才收拾出一間房來,想問酒店,晚了一個半小時才辦理一間房,那麼客人能否退房的時候也延遲一個半小時呢?如果你們人手不夠,是否應該提前增加人手呢? 2. 莫名的臭味:兩間房其中的一間,從入住當晚深夜開始,就從空調口散出一股下水道的臭味,隨後的幾天裏,工人反反覆覆來修,到我們最後退房,這個問題也沒有徹底解決。到底是哪裡出來的味道,不得而知,酒店也沒有任何解釋。 3. 打掃衞生的效率:一共入住4晚,衹有第二天房間得到了充分的打掃,第三天我們一行人去格蘭島,早上8點從酒店出發,下午4點半回到酒店,一進屋,兩個間房完成了0.7間的打掃,沒錯你們沒看錯,就是0.7間,一天的時間,連一間房都沒收拾出來,這還是提前告知了前台我們不在酒店的時間(由於要修理房間異味的問題,前台問詢我們不在酒店的時間)。到第三天,我們沒出去,就在酒店裡麪休息,周邊逛逛,讓服務員5點再來收拾,結果也沒來,這叫一個省事。 綜上所述,芭提雅是個值得二刷或者N刷的城市,但這個酒店,還是留給有緣人刷去吧

海景房景觀好望花園不吵,房間很大,工作人員都很友好,小童樂園託管服務很贊,水上樂園娃玩的很開心,海灘在對面馬路,離21客運大樓也很近,早餐好吃品種多,還有鮮榨果汁,春節儀式感滿滿,唯一缺點就是客房服務送東西比較久

【家庭旅客·芭堤雅Amari度假体验】 帶著家人來芭堤雅住Amari這家酒店,真的太滿意啦!🌴 ✨ 服務:從check-in就感受到溫暖,前台小姐姐笑容超甜,還主動幫我們升級了海景房(空間更大,孩子玩得更自在~)。晚上在泳池邊遇到服務員,全程都覺得被照顧得很好,家庭出遊的「省心感」拉滿! 🏖️ 設施:酒店的海灘景觀絕了!清晨看日出、傍晚踩沙灘,孩子追著浪花跑超開心~ 泳池區有遮陽傘+躺椅,還有兒童戲水區(小寶貝玩到不想走)。酒店大堂的新年裝飾(紅燈籠、祈福牌)很有節日氛圍,拍照超好看;夜裡的酒店外觀燈光點綴,像童話城堡一樣,散步時孩子一直說「像在遊樂園」 這趟家庭之旅,酒店把「舒適」和「趣味」平衡得剛剛好,服務、設施、食物都遠超期待,下次來芭堤雅一定還選Amari!推薦給所有帶娃的家庭~

酒店的公區做了非常好,看得出美感和設計,尤其是户外水上小童樂園。 帶娃泡酒店是不錯的選擇,地理位置也優越,距離21客運大樓、海灘、711園區步行都可到。 房間面積對比隔壁假日也大很多,衹是細節之處明顯陳舊,但是綜合價格、公區觀賞性、孩子遊玩性還是可以再次考慮入住。

和布吉的阿瑪瑞不能比 酒店實際對着海的開面不大 很細長 拖鞋差兩個檔次 我明明定的至尊海景房 卻給我降了一級 變高級海景房了 溝通90分鐘才搞定 給我低樓層 想矇混過關 前台沒有人會中文 衹能英語交流 對華人不友好的 設施裏面有點久浴缸的放水閥門要花很大力氣打開 洗臉盆的水又放不掉了 離開的時候我把送的小吃拿着吃 前台又説要付費 後來又説免費 飲料免費 整體體驗感一般 沒有獨立海灘 衹有一個泳池 感覺運營的一班 下次不會再來

住了三晚,雖然過年期間價格相對較高,不過酒店環境服務這些都相當不錯,酒店出門就是海灘,旁邊就是711,距離21客運大樓步行5分鐘,工作人員服務熱情且有主動服務意識,房間環境也不錯,衞生乾淨,唯一的缺點就是泳池雖多,但大人娛樂的較少,不過基本符合預期,值得推薦。

國人避雷,不推薦,這個酒店太老了,空調跟鼓風機一樣,我還拍得有視頻。 這是芭提雅一家花園式老五星級酒店,花園環境確實還不錯,景觀挺好,但除了這一點幾乎全是槽點,整體體驗非常差。 首先酒店年代實在太久了,設施老化嚴重。最要命的是空調噪音巨大,一整晚轟隆轟隆響個不停,根本沒法睡。拔掉電源倒是安靜了,可房間又悶又熱,完全待不住,一晚上幾乎沒閤眼。 其次衞生也讓人失望,房間里居然發現了兩衹小蟑螂,衹能自己動手處理。而且電梯裏異味很重,味道難聞,每次等電梯都很煎熬。 泳池也不是封閉式的,實用性一般。 真心建議大家來芭提雅儘量別選這種老舊酒店,哪怕名氣大、環境看着不錯,實際住起來又吵又鬧又不衞生,花錢買罪受,非常不推薦!

酒店泳池真的挺好的 三個滑梯 孩子很愛玩 有club car可以給送到21客運大樓附近 酒店對面是沙灘🏖 但是,但是啊 個別服務員很差勁 服務態度超級差 比如套房入住客人可以去靠近海邊的餐廳吃早餐 那邊有位叫GARFIELD的服務員態度很差 我想既然是特殊待遇 就應該讓工作積極的人在那邊服務。而不是冷着臉 説英文她聽不懂 中文聽不懂 翻譯成泰文還是告訴我聽不懂?有點太故意了吧。還有客房打掃衞生的 她在我餐桌旁邊的水池裡刷垃圾桶 還用擦了垃圾桶的抹布擦水池旁邊桌子 而且還是我在屋裡的情況下 都不避人了嗎? 這些我都有跟酒店反饋 第一個服務員態度問題 前台來給我解釋説那個服務員懷孕了 但是我覺得她可以在家休息 不要把壞情緒帶給客人,第二個客房打掃問題始終沒給我反饋 ,差勁 攜程但方面給我道歉了。club car的工作人員大多數都很好 也有一位是撲克臉 和他説話也不理人,總之住了八個晚上 遇到了三位培訓不好的酒店人員 同一個酒店出現三位 一定是培訓不到位,我住了這麼多酒店都沒有這種情況。並且洗澡水是忽冷忽熱的 有蜘蛛絲 還有一天樓道都不給燈了 黑乎乎的嚇**

環境:離海邊還要步行5分鐘過馬路,並不算海邊酒店,被xhs誤導了。 電梯每天等候時間長,而且電梯裏每天都有異味。臭臭的 設施:泳池設計有點問題,沙灘椅擺放離某個泳池上岸口很近,導致小朋友一上岸就滑倒,腿都磕破出了很多血,也沒什麼安全員,衹有高處滑梯有一個,別的有兩個發放毛巾的。 酒店附近最近的711步行五分鐘,在隔壁假日酒店的樓下,按摩都要走很遠 總體不是很便利,一千多一晚價格不符合,感覺一晚600-800最多了。早餐也一般不太好吃。 想要海邊酒店的推薦定海邊花園酒店,去那邊吃了一次藍麒麟咖啡館,環境舒適清幽,酒店自帶沙灘和海邊,價格還比這裏便宜,後悔定了這裏

去的時候住宿人數非常多,所以安排有點慢,本來安排升等到家庭房,但是發現到沒有浴缸後又請櫃檯再排回原本的海景房,這點櫃檯還算不錯。 但是這幾天打掃的品質參差不齊,一下超過兩點才來打掃,一下備品有漏 飯店設施還不錯,泳池跟兒童室小孩很愛

這次入住芭堤雅阿瑪瑞度假酒店整體體驗不錯。酒店位置很好,靠近海邊,出門方便,周邊吃喝選擇也多。房間乾淨整潔,床品和枕頭都很舒服,睡眠質量不錯。公共區域維護得很好,泳池和海景都很加分,適合放鬆度假。工作人員服務態度友好,有問題響應也比較及時。整體來説性價比可以,下次來芭堤雅還會考慮入住。就是早餐一般…
