Close to the beach and the pier

Hotel was terrible they gave us rooms in which bathroom pipes is licking. After reaching their i call to make my customer care they also refused to help. Entry lock of main door was tempered. Please remove this hotel from make my trip list as it will harm your name also. In room old style bucket and mug was there. While entering in room they said now these rooms is available give us 2 days more we will change the room as this hotel was full.

The worst property ever had. We didn't stayed their. Ac was not working. Washroom was damaged and not cleaned. Same conditions was their in all 3 rooms. We requested to change the room but they denied. Unfortunately we had to check out the hotel on the very 1st day.

The Esse hotel is very average and not very comfortable. For having breakfast, you have to go to another hotel they have tie up with ... Which is very irritating in the morning. The hotel does not have a swimming pool... You have to go to another hotel for that... I would give only 2.5 star

Worst maintance, no proper wifi signals, no proper cleaning, bad smell in washrooms and the deluxe rooms are so so so small that you literally have to keep your luggage on bed every time and take clothes. No space to keep suitcase also, for this price we get lot more better best hotels in pattaya trust me.

Very old property, windows are in terrible condition. They charged exorbitant charges for the window that’s broken without our knowledge. Staff is so rude and rowdy categories who threaten customers

They unnecessary cut 500 bhatt. Quality of room was also terrible. No cleanliness nothing like the images

Hotel location is nice, fine for solo traveler low budget. Though will not recommend to family, elevator are from 1st floor not ground, there are plenty of food options in & around.
