We stayed in this resort for one day we did enjoyed a lot with our family and stay was good resort service was also great but at the time of check out Time we booked an taxi for our further journey but their management did not informed us about the extra charges while we're booking and hence our dispute raised about not getting proper information it and Resort's general manager Mr. Vinayak messed up with us his behaviour was very strange against his Guest (Raising voice against his guest, talking arrogant behaviour and not letting us put our point) when we tried to raise our complaint against him he excitedly told us "do whatever complaints you wanna do i know how to handle all these complaints " hence we did not felt right our entire was good but it ruined at this point we won't recommend anyone to stay here

In Dev bhoomi a spectacular location embracing with paradise on earth besides mouth watering snacks and delicious food, warm welcome and great services make this resort stand apart from all others and has become my first choice to stay in future…wonderful place!

​I had an absolutely pathetic experience with Shaantam Resort. We booked a stay for May 1st under the name Sahil Vij and paid a booking amount of ₹5,000 on April 30th. ​Before paying, I specifically spoke to a female staff member and asked if the amount was refundable if we encountered any issues or didn't find the property suitable. She explicitly confirmed over the call that it was refundable. ​On May 1st, while traveling from our home, we got stuck in massive traffic near Haridwar. GPS showed we wouldn’t reach before 7:00 PM. We called the same lady to request a refund due to these unavoidable circumstances. Her tone shifted immediately; she denied ever making a commitment about a refund and claimed they have a "no-refund policy." ​Highlights of their poor service: ​False Commitments: They lie to customers just to get the booking amount. ​Unprofessional Staff: When I asked to speak to a manager, I was repeatedly told the manager was "in a meeting." ​Zero Accountability: It has been over 24 hours, and despite multiple follow-ups, no manager has called me back. They are clearly dodging the situation. ​This resort has zero ethics and terrible client servicing. They are happy to take your money but will disappear when you need assistance. Please think twice before booking here—they do not stand by their word. Avoid at all costs!

This was my first visit to this resort. We are happy that we visited the place. Its a beautiful resort and a very good layout. Its a bit away from Rishikesh but paradise for people who want wilderness, calm and peace. The property is well maintained. We stayed there for three nights. Had a lovely time. The Restaurant is good. we tried all types of cuisine which the menu offered. Dishes were authentic and very well prepared. The rooms are cozy with clean and crisp linen. The staff is very cordial, pleasing and ever ready to help. The guard even washed our car. Thanks. Special thanks to Manjeet (managed the restaurant and one of the oldest), Palak, Neha & Rishab.

The stay at Shantam was the most Stupendous stay I had at any resort in recent past. The best part wart was such positivity by all persons present in the resort, who were resolute to assist in every possible manner, under the dynamism of Mr Sanjeev. We visited the resort to celebrate Son's birthday and Resort helped us to make it Remarkable with special decorations, arrangements for cake , provision of premium Cottage with Jacuzzi, where kids had a blast. It was the most satisfying and cherishing stay. Pros of Resort 1. Positive attitude of complete staff, especially Ashish in dining area, Akash in reception and Vinod in house keeping. 2. Such scenic view from the resort that there is no requirement to venture outside. 3. Cottages with tastefully furnished rooms with Jacuzzi are in comparison to any grand property. 4. A good sized swimming pool and recreation room to enjoy. 5. Delicious food at the restaurant, especially Cook's special Dal Makhani and Aalu Jhakia. 6.Religios person comfort .Proximity to Neelkanth Mahadev temple is just 20 minutes. 7. Rafting place is just 20 minutes drive. Cons None if the experience is thought of Overall an Awesome experience to cherish for lifetime and worth experiencing again

Amazing team and awesome food, comfortable stay rooms..... Highly recommended . Thanks to Ms Neena kakkar, neha ji, ashish ji and Manjeet.. You can enjoy evening bonfire with music... Area is very peaceful. Definitely plan my next trip soon

One of the best-maintained and most welcoming resorts I've ever seen. Every aspect of it is simply amazing. I celebrated the most special event of my life here. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and warmth. Mountain view is just awesome

This is a god forsaken place. Nothing works. At the restaurant which is all vegetarian you will not find most of the dishes as they are under stuffed. The intercom doesn't work. We were basically stranded and stuck. It's an under kept and not cared for property where you will pay but not get anything back of value. Stay away from the property. We had a booking for 3 days but we booked Lemon tree premier and stayed here for only one night loosing money. If you want to drown your money you are most welcome here.

We traveled with our dog and the vacation could not have been better, all thanks to the wonderful people at Shaantam Resort. They make you feel right at home with their hospitality. Dogs are allowed in all areas of the property except the restaurant (there is outdoor seating for those who want to dine with their fur babies) and there is ample space for them to run around and play as well. The food is excellent and they make sure you get the entire breakfast buffet experience, even if you are the only guest in the hotel. Would definitely recommend, especially for pet parents.

I visited Shaantam Resorts & Spa in Rishikesh with my family. We booked the cottage with a pool inside; that was the best part of the trip. The rooms are beautifully done and have good decor. The washrooms are also good-sized. The pool in the room makes your experience a memorable one. The have a nice pool and a good gaming zone to keep the little ones busy. We really enjoyed walks in their beautiful gardens and the relaxing spa experience. The food is really good. They have nice vegetarian options. Chef Rajendra makes sure to take feedback after every meal. Overall, the team is very polite and courteous. Under the guidance of Mr Bhen Singh Chauhan, everything was very well taken care of. We plan to visit here again. Highly Recommended!

This was one of the most memorable stay for us as this resort is very close to Neelkanth Temple. Approach road is bit narrow but still we were able to reach the resort in our SUV. But nothing bigger than that can reach the resort being on the top . Resort was comfortable n had most of the amenities required. However a part of resort was under construction but it didn’t cause us any trouble. Manager & staff was very courteous and took good care of us.

I went to this resort on 22nd June 2024 for 2 nights ***** with my parents. We had booked 2 deluxe room with balcony. Its my request to you all to never book this resort and waste your time and money. I Usually dont give reviews or generally give 5 star ratings by ignoring many things but cant do this time as i dont want anyone else to feel cheated again. Below are the pros and cons of the resort. Pros A) Good location, right on the hills B) Food is awesome and staff at the restaurant are very courteous and helpful, great staff there. Cons A) Its very different from as shown in the photo's, the photografers have done a tremendous job in creating an impression of 5 star resort where as its not even worth 3 Star B)The swimming pool was not as big as shown in the images and water was dirty with dead ants insects inside the pool making it impossible to use it. C) The play area was very hot and suffocating as there were no air conditioning inside it and no windows aslo hence making is very claustrophobic. D) It was mentioned that there would be nature walk/ trekking once during the stay but when we inquired we were told that you can go yourself outside and we would tell you the route. E) There was no one available for doing spa F) There is a yoga / mediation room but no one to help you with it. It is like do it yourself G) The basic things did not work, door bell was not working, Fridge stopped working , telephone didn't work, had to make 10 cals to get water and other basic things in the rooms. Dont waste your time and money on this resort, many other resorts available at cheaper prices all over the place.

Amazing experience. The resort is in great shape, very well maintained. We stayed in the Royal room which has private pool, and it was really great. The room itself was clean, spacious and equipped with all required amenities including a smart tv. The staff here is very polite, welcoming and friendly, even going out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The restaurant food is quite good as well - do try the pahadi daal!! The overall vibe is calm, serene and peaceful, a perfect luxuryweekend getaway to relax and recharge. Will definitely visit again

It is a superb resort. Perfect for a weekend getaway!! It is peaceful and serene with a spectacular view!! A place where you can enjoy and it is takes you away from the regular hustle bustle!! The staff is on its toes everytime to serve the best!! Kudos to Ashish Bharthwal and team for the delicious food and hospitality! Chef deepak, nitin, akshay, pandey, palak and manjit tried their best to give us a great experience here!
