Very nice location with very polite staff.

Very bad experience with this property.. they have no option for kids, no such activities are available in the property… this is not a 4star property i think it is in the category of 3 star… breakfast buffet has very limited options… no option for kids if u are travelling with kids expecting a good food for kids they don’t have… they make fool of you only… they have everything but making fool of you…. By saying no to everything… there manager is pathetic he doesn’t listen even he don’t respond anything… there is no GM available in the property…

The property is premium priced not matching the amenities and services that a premium resort offers. 1. Parking attendant pays more attention to bigger cars and lets them park on porch and made us wait! While when we arrived, he didn't assist and didn't even wait for us to check-in first. 2.Room service takes 6-7 calls to answer Any concern like water bottle aupply, room cleaning, no water supply in bathroom - were all reaponded in 30 mins. 3. Food cost is comparable to Taj Corbett But taste, quality and even the spread of buffet(1900+taxes) is no where close to that. The basic plain bombay sandwhich was billed at 1250+ taxes Coke can - 230 + taxes Is it even legal to charge beyond mrp 4. Swimming pool - is open with warning no lifeguard available There is no basic hygeine of side drain where ppl spit and all. The tourists are not asked to come in costumes, they are entering in night suits

Had an excellent stay at this resort! The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Great food, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. Over all everything is up to mark

The decision of going and spending our most valuable time in Sterling Corbett went exactly superb.... we booked 13 rooms and were approx 40 guests. The staff members were so polite and the Manager Neeraj made everything so simple for us. Head Chef Sumit ji made our trip deliciously superb.. Snacks, main course and desserts everything he served us was mouth watering. Chinese dishes were extraordinary. God bless Sterling Corbett Team. Thanks

I came with my friends the last month! It was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The resort has a beautiful view. I had an issue with my room cleaning and communicated with the reception Mr. Ayush Upreti, he was very gentle and professional during the whole time. Overall I liked the experience with Sterling ✨
