What a great experience at the property, staff was very courteous especially Radha at the restaurant taken care of us very well. It was a great stay with a mountain and ganga river view. Food was delicious and over all it was 5* ⭐

This was our first ever visit to Rishikesh and thanks to the lemon tree premier and its hospitality which made this stay quite memorable. Food was quite good and they provided good varieties as well. We would like to mention Radha at the restaurant who is very courteous and helpful. She and other staff really took good care of not just us but they were too good with other customers as well which is definitely a good sign of hospitality. In fact starting from front desk to HKP team ,the whole staff is really good and friendly. Valet attendents who are busy in taking care of our vehicles and entry are also well mannered .Special mention to the chef Rahul and the FnB manager to whom we gave our feedback and some advice as well. Overall the stay was quite memorable and will cherish these moments spent here for quite a long time.

To say that hospitality was excellent and exceptional, would be an understatement. This should be your choice of stay when in Rishikesh - it’s a no brainer! 1) Location - amazing riverside location, beautiful facade; walkable from main attractions 2) Rooms - Ganga view, super spacious 3) Housekeeping - special mention for Rohit and Rohan, they went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pretty - see pics! 4) Food - very good variety, extremely helpful and accommodating kitchen staff; high tea is a rare offering (notable mention - supervisor Amit, chef Lalit, F&B manager Sunil Kathaith, associate Radha, Vinit) 5) Front desk staff - again, amicable and helpful (I asked for travel adaptor, scissors, urgent printouts and a couple of other things) - duty manager Raj was approachable and tried his best in whatever way he could Private ghat aarti with only guest access is a bonus!

Excellent location. Very helpful staff and versatile. No complicating. Very good room, nice size with all amenities and coffee/tea/water station. Central position, with easy access to sites of mayor interest. Very safe neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast, but you have to be open to accept local taste, which I liked.

I live in the US and visited Rishikesh this week. Having traveled extensively (75+ countries) and stayed at some of the world’s best five-star resorts, I can confidently say that my stay at Lemon Tree Premier ranks among the very best! Raj Karan, the hotel manager, was exceptional—he began communicating with me even before I arrived, ensuring everything was in place. He went above and beyond to assign me one of the best suites, offering a stunning, out-of-this-world view of the Ganges. I was so taken by the view that I extended my stay an extra day just to soak it all in. It was truly breathtaking. Rishikesh itself is serene and peaceful, and this hotel elevates the experience with its tranquility and incredible views. From the comfort of my suite, I could see people meditating by the Ganges, and others enjoying white-water rafting—it was a unique and unforgettable perspective. The property is ideally located within walking distance of major attractions like Sivananda Ashram, Ram Jhula, and the evening Kirtan at Parmarth Niketan. A heartfelt thanks to Raj Karan for making my trip so memorable. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again!

I booked Lemon tree premier for its accessibility to the ram and Laxman jhula as well as to dive deep in the spectacular Ganga view. However , they didn’t disappoint me in terms of hospitality, Anjali was a great host. She was extremely polite and helpful. I would also like to mention Shilpa and the girl in saree who was managing Hi-tea. They were very welcoming. The evening Ganga Aarti was a divine experience. Also, the guard near the Mandala and the one working near the parking were great at their jobs. The golf cart makes it convenient to reach the road. We are also thankful to the management for upgrading our room. The breathtaking view of Ganga and Rishikesh market lights are to die for. Gym was also neat and clean. Food was good and hygienic. We had pahadi thali in dinner and it was authentic and delicious. Breakfast was nice too. The only suggestion would be a fast service as there was 20 min delay in sending chapatis when we asked for a refill at the dinner. Otherwise, whenever I will come to Rishikesh, I would book my stay here only.
