I was skeptical while booking this hotel after looking at mixed review, however I decided to go for it as the hotel is centrally located and lots of food joints and tourist attractions are nearby. When I checked in I was surprised that this hotel is able to maintain the lemon tree standards. Remember this is not a premium category so you should not expect too high. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness was maintained. Also they allow early and late checkout by hourly charges. Restaurant food is amazing. If you have a option to book breakfast lunch and dinner in the package do for it. The breakfast spread is good. Staff is courteous and overall my stay was good.

Warmth welcome and service attentiveness of staff with smile and welcoming nature Very good food and music show on Saturday Sunday the best I really want to appreciate Abhinav Chauhan Abhinav bhaiya warmth welcome and welcoming nature we all really miss ,the way he handles is really very appreciated. And location of key's lite is approachable to laksha*** jhula market and on road location. Very good food I really want to suggest please add dinner in your stay

Our 3 days stay at Keys Lite was really really very nice. It is located at a very highly attractive location in Rishikesh. We experienced here One of the most pleasant hospitality we ever get. Special thanks to Cheif Mr Bharat and Mr Hitesh for very very delicious and healthier dishes…..amazing it was for us 👌. A plenty of thanks for Mr Devendra and all the staff here for their kind and humble behaviour. Thanking you Keys Lite for making our tour fantastic and so special 🙏🙏

Warmth of staff with all visitors and guests is the key of enjoying food with who***eartedly and that’s make our experience more pleasant and enjoyable Majorly my appreciation for Mohit who handle all aspects with smile hard work and warmth in welcoming people And bhavana and Archana also who serve with full efforts and smile. And lastly credit goes to Hitesh who is one who makes all these taste and delicious food and also our favourite Bharath Bhaiya We strongly appreciate keys lite food

Stayed in the property for 4 nights during my visit to Rishikesh. The property is centrally located overlooking the main highway. Tapovan auto stand is at walking distance from the property. The check in process was easy and quick. I had booked my stay with meals. The food menu options are limited which I really liked since it doesn’t result in wastage of food. The staff is always feeding you with a smile . I always finished my meal with my tummy full and a smile on my face. They have a live singer performing every evening and he does a fantastic job in giving one company. The rooms are clean, budget friendly and offer value for money. The place is a bit noise at night because of its location and traffic movement but offers a comfortable stay. The house keeping needs to improve a bit. My room was not cleaned in spite of me asking them to do so. After, I complained the team immediately took charge and ensured my room was cleaned. The front office staff is very helpful and welcoming. During my check out, I was facing difficulty in finding a transport to take me to my next hotel stay and the front office staff went out of their way to help me. Special shout out to MR. Gaurav ( ***ager) who personally came and dropped me to my hotel in his car. If you are looking for a budget friendly option which is centrally located, I will definitely recommend Keys Lite by Lemon Tree.

The amenities were up to the mark. Staff was very supportive. Food was scrumptious. Bathroom was very neat and tidy. Gaurav made our trip memorable by making our stay very comfortable. Thank you Gaurav for your efforts.

We stayed here at keys lite by lemon tree hotel, and our stay was one of the best stay in Rishikesh. Chef. Bharat is the best (god bless your hands❤️ and Mr. Devendra’s humbleness hospitality is amazing. Thankyou guys for making our stay beautiful.
