酒店超級棒，還有陽台，衹不過這裏比較深山老林，但是酒店用餐也是很不錯的選擇，服務員超級帥，情人節套餐也不錯

The room was not cleaned. They didn’t change the sheets on one bed and there was hair in the shower. The front desk worker wasn’t at the front desk when I checked in and I was waiting as she came out of the back. The housekeepers didn’t even clean my room once I brought up the bed being dirty

No Refrigerator in the room, no microwave in the room.No full length mirror in the room other than all that it was a beautiful hotel and the staff was nice and friendly.. but to not have a refrigerator and a full length mirror in the room is Insane

No bathroom door so no privacy definitely didn’t like that normally love the hotel but wasn’t happy with that and why no microwave it’s crazy that hotel that nice didn’t have a bathroom door or microwave and the refrigerator would not get cold

For my daughter’s wedding this past weekend we reserved a block of 9 rooms and planned the rehearsal dinner at The Terrace in hotel restaurant. From the moment I first reached out and began communication with Melissa Soto, sales manager I knew I was going to receive 5 Star service. Melissa helped me get the rooms sorted and then began the initial prep for the meal. She patiently worked to help me create the perfect menu over several days and many emails. Once the financial logistics had been handled and the contract had been signed I was delivered into the capable hands of Erika Felder, convention services manager. Erika was with me every step of the way as she helped as plan fine (and important) details to accommodate strict dietary restrictions and laid the ground work for a beautiful display. The day of our event Jasmine at the front desk quickly and efficiently checked in our many guests with a smile and kind wishes for the couple. Marianna set a beautiful natural tablescape and and her assistant that waited our tables was friendly and attentive (I hate that I don’t remember her name). The food was amazing and the Chef was perfect in insuring our dietary issues were completely taken care off. Finally, the next day our couple came back from their wedding to a beautiful two floor suite. All of our rooms and the suite were beautiful, clean and comfortable. In addition to the people mentioned above every staff member from the amazing bar tender to the on site roaming staff to the housekeeping staff we courteous and friendly. I have ZERO complaints. 100% recommended for any large party event.

Everything is relative; if you stay at the "other" conference property in Peachtree City, you will adore this one! Small closet space but at least there are drawers to store foldable clothes. While the facility could use some updating, the service was impeccable!!! And the accommodations were comfortable. I actually can't say enough about the staff, specifically the morning dining staff; from the excellent cook (everything perfectly well prepared - no raw bacon!!!) to the greeters/servers who were above and beyond friendly and helpful........and the bartender (I think his name was CJ) who did an incredible job of handling an inebriated customer who was offending everyone in the bar area; he handled with finesse! We enjoyed our 5-day stay here.

Bath towel with dried blood, mold and mildew on shower. Shower floor was very slippery and dangerous. Very noisy day and night. No response from management after several requests concerning dirty linens. Bedding was very hard and uncomfortable.

My mom and I both felt pretty let down after our stay. We were expecting everything to be cleaner and nicer, especially since we know a lot of people stay there everyday. 1st. The bathroom.. the tub was not clean, you could feel the dirtiness on the bottom of our feet, there was a very visible ring around it and there also was a spot on the ceiling in the corner that looked like water damage had happened. And there wasn’t anywhere to hang your towels. We had to improvise with the chair in the room and a hanger in the closet. 2nd. The room.. there was no microwave in the room. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. For some reason you had to either rent a microwave (which I think the front desk agent said $25 a night) for the room or use the communal microwave in the sweet shop, which was on the second floor, and we were on the first. So it was completely out of our way. 3rd. The Breakfast.. there was not any kind of free/complimentary breakfast. Nothing. You had to pay $22 to eat breakfast. I understand that it’s a Conference Center but $22 for one person is RIDICULOUS. We ended up leaving and going to Wendy’s and spending half of that for both of us. Compliments.. The Front Desk Agent, I don’t remember his name, he was super nice. The beds were really comfortable. And there were plenty of parking spaces. Over all, not the worst place, but for us it’s not worth another stay.

The Hilton Peachtree City is a hidden gem just 23 miles south of the airport. The tranquil surroundings give it a resort like feel. The conferences space was incredible and the banquet staff were amazing. The food was top notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The entire staff were friendly and courteous. Parking is complimentary which is hard to find near Atlanta. I will definitely stay here again!

The Hilton Peachtree City is a hidden gem! Just 45 minutes from the airport, this amazing hotel has everything you could ask for in a stay: spacious rooms, wonderful food and very accommodating staff. Tucked away, it provides excellent access to nature trails, nearby lakes, and other outdoor activities like golfing. What really sets it apart though is its first-class conference center. The space is filled with stunning ballrooms and some incredible offices and meeting spaces.10/10 would stay there again!

No privacy for guest you’re not safe. We stayed one night with our two small dogs. My husband had the privacy sign on the door one hour before checkout time, not even five seconds after he left, I was in the bathroom with the door open and the cleaning crew doesn’t even knock, opens the door to see if we’re gone!!! I went to the front desk to talk to the manager, business cards were not provided for me to call. The manager was not at work yet at 10:30 AM. Front desk work told me I could come back after 1 PM manager would be in due to PRIVACY. Privacy for thee but not for the guests. I was told I would have to call back the manager not call me. Horrible customer experience will not be back to Hilton Conference center Peachtree City.

I have never been a fan of the Hilton chain and after two weeks in Italy at small moderately priced hotels it only reinforces my opinion. You ask why? The mattress sheet covering the stained mattress cover is not tucked in, just placed over the mattress. The duvet cover drags on the floor. Yuck! The room is huge- the bathroom minute. The wire management is laughable. We had to request tissues and the only bathroom accessory was a bar of soap. No faux milk for coffee. Rust stains in the shower. Is that enough?? Why are we here? Guests at a wedding.

This was one of the worst performances I have ever seen from a Hilton. The hotel was woefully understaffed (likely out of greed) on a weekend with many sports teams checking in for a tournament. The hotel never had more than one person at the front desk. Calls to the front desk went entirely unanswered. The housekeeping staff clearly rushed through cleaning rooms. When we arrived, one of our rooms had obviously been partied in immediately prior. The bed was a mess upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the toilet was messy. The desk gave us an alternative room, but when the room was made up the following morning no new towels were provided. We had to walk to the front desk twice to request towels (calls were simply ignored) and were told that there was a waiting list. Towels did not arrive until 9:45pm at night. We also requested a late checkout of one hour, and were told that the hotel was going to be too fully booked to provide late checkout at all. We verified that this was absolutely not the case by looking into booking that night, only to find every single room type was available in groups of four rooms. This was the worst hotel performance I have seen in years.

Great staff just one bad apple (GM) she does not speak to guess she told me an the front desk staff is fantastic Yrvette, Zia , Tabatha are all great ppl Charlene she is awesome keeps things nice an clean speaks every morning. Housekeeping is amazing Mrs Jackie 💕🤗is amazing and very helpful fast and friendly Mrs Kendra is nice moves like NASCAR 😂💕always on the go and gets the job done Mrs Leslie not so nice can be rude at times Janaha I think is her name forgive me if I spelled it wrong she is sweet kind and very attentive to customers don’t mind helping customer with room amenities great attitude Cherelle is awesome was very nice kind very respectful and made sure our room got attended to regardless now when it comes to the restaurant Tyler , Francis , Selena was my family every morning I was there when they saw me they knew exactly what I wanted for breakfast and made sure I had it whooo you guys are my family forever and the time I stayed every person in this review made my tears turn to smiles and it was an awesome stay hotel was very clean staff was awesome food was absolutely amazing them wings is fun tho my favorite and the salmon and few other items but Everton menu was great Thank you to everyone mentioned in this review I recommend staying here to anyone …GOODLUCK!!!!!!
