This hotel is fairly normal for a Hyatt Place. I wasn't expecting the four seasons but i was shocked at the idea of paying for parking inside of a Hyatt Place hotel. 12 dollars a day in an area that has more than ample parking just wrecks of greed. And you have to pay a 3rd party company so you can't pay at the front desk. A hotel like this should NOT cost to park by any means. This is the same caliber hotel as "Wingate's" and i have never had to pay to park in one of those hotels. Not to mention my toilet was a bit clogged. Nothing horrible, but it was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast options weren't the best either but the worst part was feeling like you're being taken advantage of via the parking situation.

Other than the extremely slow (and out of inspection since Feb 23) elevators No complaints at all. Friendly Staff during the day gave us some options for lunch...and was a total hit. Rooms were clean, saw some recent reviews who complained about that, Would stay here again and most likely will next year....

Parking should be free. Furthermore we were not informed that we would have to pay for parking when we made our reservation.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint would be that there were only two ice machines. One each in the third and fifth floors. Having a room on the first floor made it an annoyance. However it would not stop me from staying there again.

This hotel has many pros and cons. Pros: nice staff, breakfast, large rooms Cons: horrible smell in hallways, hair in tub, hair in bed

Property was very clean and rooms (l booked 2) well kept and clean, No funny odors in the elevator or hallway. Staff was awesome and breakfast was surprisingly good.

The hotel is beautiful. Bed is comfortable. The pillows were a little flat and there were some white particles on the bed.

The main complaint would be the housekeeping, or lack thereof. (For my TWO rooms) Day 1: we left the hotel that morning - returned later that day, to find only one of the rooms had been cleaned and the other was not touched. I went to speak with the front desk attendant, she was very apologetic because she, herself, did not understand why one of the rooms was cleaned and the other one was not. She contacted a housekeeper, who brought me clean linen and towels, for ME to change vs. helping me do so, or doing her job, all together and then took none of the dirty linen / towels. Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room A and Day 1, Day 2, Day in 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room B at all – the entire stay. The night before checking out – the same night attendant was so embarrassed and shocked when we told her, yet again, the rooms had not been touched, the whole trip!

This location had the nicest staff very polite and helpful. Down side for this price of the stay this hotel is very dated and had a bad moldy smell throughout the halls and rooms.

Air condition not working properly camot getting clocked up some kind of water running noise was comming both nights

Overall it was a great hotel only issue I had was that you have to pay for parking. It was only $12 but still after paying $127 for the night, parking should be included not an addition. Instead of advertising $127 overall price was $139 for the night.
