Apesar de estar em obras e reformas, foi tudo muito bem arranjado para o conforto dos hospedes! A comida do Restaurant GRILL estava maravilhosa, alto nível de qualidade, apresentação e atendimento.

Outstanding stay. We had read the mixed reviews and were a little concerned. We had nothing but excellent service. Starting with John and the Valet team. We were escorted to Club Lounge for check in. Patty in the Club Lounge was warm, welcoming, friendly and asked about reservations she could help secure. The Club is an experience in and of itself. The grab and go pantry at the entrance offers a variety of chips, snacks, candy bars, water, soft drinks, juice, coffee 24 hours a day. Breakfast is outstanding. A station that has special offerings as well as made to order eggs. Fruits, yogurt, cereal, breads, bagel, pastries, and hot items that include bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes and oatmeal just to name a few. And all the accoutrements you could want. The offerings at lunch are mini sandwiches, a variety of greens and vegetables and delish dressings. Fruit and cheeses. Pastry items. Hot lunch items as well as soup. Hors d’oeuvres are spectacular. Sea bass with artichoke was an offering one night. It was the best sea bass I have ever had. Always a generous offering of salad, meats, cheese and hot options (meatballs, lobster Mac & cheese). The desserts are always a special treat. Mike, the bartender, makes a fabulous cocktail. Some of our favorites were sidecar, special old fashioned, and the best dirty martini’s. Clariel went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we wanted. We thought our room was ideal. We were in 1151. Great view of sunset and the ocean and the pools. We enjoyed the balcony immensely. Housekeeping was twice daily which was a nice touch. We cannot wait to return. Our stay was fabulous.

My wife and I dined in the Grill of the hotel last night for my 75th birthday. It was one of the finest dinners and experiences that I have ever had. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were warmly greeted and escorted to the restaurant and were made to feel very welcome. The ambiance is sophisticated with luxurious well-spaces tables and booths, live piano accompaniment and a roaring fireplace, prefect for a cool night in SWFL. The services was flawless, friendly, professional and the food was outstanding and superbly presented. My dover sole was deboned tableside and though expensive, was stellar. My wife's sea bass was nicely presented. Sides and salads were equally delicious. The decor and overall atmosphere exceeds any Fifth Ave. or Third St. restaurant and prices are relatively similar though expensive. The Grill is romantic and perfect for any special occasion, or for me an occasional splurge. 5++++ Stars! Can't wait to return.

The welcome and service is as expected for a hotel of this quality and price. The room was large with an excellent coffee/bar area, a large bath and a small sofa and dining height table. The usual time to clean the room was about 4:30. Inconvenient for those resting and showering for dinner. The weather was nasty so the beautiful beach and outdoor restaurant went to waste

Our stay was fantastic, we had such an amazing experience with the staff and every little detail that was put into our engagement. I was so surprised and Christopher Corona was there to photograph it all and what an amazing job he did!!

Chris at Photography Concierge was the hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at The Ritz. He is the best photographer. So patient. Kind. Encouraging. Amazing. I loved my photos. I will definitely be coming back and seeing him again!!!

Friendly staff and a nice facility, unfortunately due to lack of well-coordinated management and the facility is not completely ready for the price they charge per room (the price per room is exaggerated), The air conditioning have issues, the lights in the bathroom have motion detector cells and turn off the lights too quickly(let you in the dark in the middle of a shower) also the room that we get in the 14 floor was with no minibar , wine , candies etc. upon arrival( after several hours of complaint the minibar arrive). We never ask for compensation but never were offered. Definitely not a five-star hotel.

The problems start at checkin ( i got a different room than the one i paid for ) it didn't have a full view of the sea , the check in was slow ( the person didn't know he was doing it ) the restaurants are closed s the beach club too ( information that wasn't clear when I made the reservation)
