Very comfortable roomy rooms, clean and tidy. Very nice gardens. Lovely walk into town and back again. Buffet Breakfast, continental was sufficient but quite ordinary. Girl just came in with packets of fruit and opened them in front of us!

Lovely little spot. Smokers all around us and that was very unpleasant. Our unit smelt like smoke if we left the door or window open when the two gentlemen in the next two units smoked and one of them was quite a chain smoker. Unit 1 had a bad odour on entry but that did dissipate- not sure what it was. I would stay again though cause it’s a lovely little spot with lovely gardens.

Our mum stayed at this hotel for a few days before we joined her for the weekend, staying in a family room. The hotel was situated a couple of blocks back from the main street, but still within easy walking distance. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, with flowering plants, large grassy areas to relax on, a pool and bbq area, perfect for famlies. There was ample parking, a laundromat on site and a large foyer area to sit out the fornt of reception. We had breakfast in their restaurant, which was a buffet style with a mall selection of foods but beautifully presented. The room was old, and could definitley do with a spruce up, but it met our needs with the addition of a little kitchenette. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with some little extra things we needed and we were appreciative of this. If you are looking for a basic hotel room, reasonably priced with staff who go out of their way to help, then this is a great choice when staying in Pemberton

Rang the hotel direct, as we wanted a motel close to the Main Street. We were assured the Main Street was walking distance, just around the corner. Nothing could be further from the truth. We booked into a queen deluxe room with kitchen facilities. Although the room was old it was very comfortable and spacious. On the patio, we could smell sewerage. There is a swimming pool and the grounds are quite nice, as are the staff.

This is an old motel. The rooms were quite large and clean. Whole motel needs refurbishment. Having said that though it was adequate. The air conditioning in our room was fairly new, although the bath room was original and needed updating. Breakfast was provided for in the dining room and was adequate. The management was helpful.

Mixed feelings about this place. When booking, called a few times and spoke to a very friendly accommodating man. When we arrived to check in at 2.15pm however (15 mins after check-in time), the reception was locked, no one was answering the phone and we wandered around for about 20 minutes trying to find someone who worked there. No apologies or warm welcome when we got checked in. When we finally got into the family room, it was nice enough. A bit old and the bathroom could use a refresh, but everything worked as it should. My biggest grievance was that there was a skylight in the bedroom!!! Not very condusive for a toddler's day sleep, or for trying to sleep past dawn. The pool was very clean, despite being quite dated. The "playground" had nails sticking out of the floorboards which was a bit stressful, an accident waiting to happen! The breakfast was a highlight. $10 for a continental breakfast is great value and the dining room is just beautiful - gorgeous garden views out of all the windows and would be very cosy in winter with a log fire going.

Lucky to have found this fab motel, quiet location, friendly and polite staff. Would recommend a visit and with in easy reach of places of interest and activities. We will definitely come back again

Very late booking at the KFM, and I am so glad I stayed there. Have stayed at a couple of places in Pemberton over the years and will definitely be coming back to this one. I had a queen room with balcony and called the motel directly for a rate. Got to say this is the cleanest and most comfortable motel I’ve ever stayed in. Despite the age of the property it has been given a great makeover. Room was well appointed and really pristine. Great linen, comfortable bed, nice outlook and friendly staff. Thanks so much, I wish I could have stayed longer. Perfect spot if you’re on the Mundibiddi or Bibb Track. Brilliant restaurant.

My work friends and I got together for dinner at the new Japanese restaurant at the motel. It was fantastic. The service and setting were beautiful. The food was drinks 10/10. We forgot to take photos as we were too busy enjoying the delicious food. Thanks for a lovely evening.
