We only had a quick stay but it was very nice and cozy.
The studio was clean and comfortable and we loved being able to walk around the lodge, where we got to see kangaroos up close ^^

Owners were very nice, such a lovely relaxing setting, rooms very well presented, everything was exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly. Well done forest lodge.

The property was spectacular, the grounds amazing, the rooms extremely affordable and clean and classy. Unfortunately the restaurant lets the Resort down. 7pm booking couldnt get in earlier. Things sold out on menu and changed different to menu on site online.Then orders taken took almost 50mins before brought to table. Setting only for 1 on table booking for 2. Then rudely cutlery thrown on table without a serviette. The soup was terrible luke warm and terrible taste unable to be eaten. Thank goodness ordered side of garlic bread. Prices extreme extravagant. Rating 5/10 :(

Out of town by about 2 klms. Was not prewarned that they close the Restaurant & bar in February, so a bit overpriced for what you get. Rooms are nice and the area is very quiet and relaxing.Nice dam but no swimming allowed and no pool for a Resort stay.Room was comfortable but a bit dated.

This was a bolt out of the blue. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, and had everything we needed, the meals in the restaurant were 5 star, what else can I say. Would I stay here again - Definitely!

Fabulous location, beautiful property, outstanding staff and the icing on the cake was having a meal from Chef Ingo! His seafood chowder is definitely one of the best I’ve ever had!

This was set in a bush land setting. The receptionist was welcoming and informative. The room was in an upscale motel unit formation. It viewed the lake and gardens. It was great to be able to walk to the Gloucester Tree from there
