Clean and comfortable stay! Will come again Location is good! Great for family treat stay

Horrible experience. Will not return. Customer service was lacking, pool was scummy, dirty used face cloth in the shower stall. Opened can of beer left in the fridge. We had to switch rooms, air conditioning was not working. We were moved from the suite we paid for and moved to a room for disabled people. So did not get what we paid for. Spent the Monday out in town came back to room and we were locked out of our room. No apologies no explanation. Customer service was rude. Will not be returning.

Bathrooms dated. Small bath tub. Pool walls were slimey. Comfy clean beds, great staff surprisingly delicious breakfast wide variety of food and all fresh and constantly restocked, above avg for hotel breaky. Over all, for what you pay you get 7.9/10 work of your money.

Like the simplest way of checking in the staff are very considered especially when I had my heart attack The only upsetting thing was that the phone did not work in the room when I went to dial the desk I had to use my cell phone to call 911

Travelled with family. Property was clean, staff was very friendly & helpful! The breakfast had lots of options which was nice. The room was slightly outdated and was unfinished - there was a large portion of wallpaper that was missing & there were many exposed staples on the wall where the paper was missing. Not appealing & not ideal to have young children around the staples. The room was also very dark despite all the lamps
