工作人員熱情好客，隨時待命。泳池漂亮，空間寬敞，房間寬敞。飯店提供免費自行車，方便您環島遊覽。酒店靠近大海，但遠離海邊餐廳的喧囂。唯一要注意的是：泳池的處理方式有待改進，可以提高水質透明度，減少化學藥劑的氣味。

This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. The property is absolutely stunning, set on the most beautiful island. We stayed in a newly renovated overwater bungalow and it was flawless. The staff are incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely go above and beyond. We loved the seamless communication via WhatsApp; they replied within seconds every time. Although renovations were happening on other parts of the resort, they completely paused work during our stay to make sure we weren’t disturbed—such a thoughtful touch. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!

I had plan for a vacation before and I chose Lombok for the first time and I never thought I would find a place to stay that is very organized like this, it has a comfortable room and a beautiful view, especially in the evening the atmosphere is very memorable for me if I have another chance I will come here again to have staycation in the future

I planned a vacation in Lombok and I found this hotel with a unique design made of bamboo and there are also rides in it, and there is a beautiful lake and beach with an extraordinary sunrise view, very unique and memorable during my vacation here.
