Die Anlage hat eine phantastische Lage unweit vom Meer und zugleich einen unverstellten Blick darauf. Das Haupthaus hat einen wunderschönen Naturpool. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich. Dinner mit Vorbestellung, aber auch spontan möglich. Gastgeberin und Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

Perfect spot for a Couples Retreat, Decent sized rooms with air-conditioning, neatly kept. No outside activities, beach is 1min walk away, beautiful but not a swimming beach. Restaurant options very limited but breakfast was worth it. And finally, Chantelle went out of her way to make it a pleasant stay.

I have never seen such a refreshing place in my life..came all the way from Botswana 🇧🇼 looking for a peaceful place by thr Beach and sugar beach offered me all that...it's also a friendly place for a family.The staff is so welcoming Chantel gave us an amazing experience

Everyone made our stay pleasant. We felt like we are all one big family. From security guard to the kitchen staff. The owner was more involved, and the food was delicious. Don't don't compromise when it comes to quality.

This place should be closed down. No menu for dinner, but decided upon by chef and written on a piece of paper, and badly prepared steak. TV only had OpenView and only 1 channel was working, had to get maintenance to sort it out. Early in the morning, around around 7, got woken up by Assistant Manager to explain the bill as we were checking out and that we don't have to pay anything, based on the service. Few minutes later, another knock to tell us that the bill has been revised and have to pay less than R200. On check-out, was called aside, and the bill was now back to R1500 plus. Lack of professionalism. Please close this place down, marketing is deceiving

We had a lovely, relaxing 2 night stay at Sugar Beach. The comfortable rooms were well positioned and had beautiful views. We received pleasant and helpful service, and meals were tasty. We would certainly recommend this to all our friends and family.

Winnie ,Nombuso have been absolute gems. From the time i booked up until the time i checked out they have been nothing short of a marvel to interact with . As for Sugar Beach resort itself ,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as well as the food . Its definitely the ideal home away from home . Keep up the great hospitality guys .

The place is awesome. Not a walk away from the beach but full views of the beach. Food and desert is awesome. Its a small menu which for me was amazing because its like eating what mum cooked for the night. It foes have alot of really tasty small snacks and toasties.

Not so good. Food choices not so appetizing. Noise from neighbors, terrible
