彭薩科拉海灘萬豪SpringHill Suites 酒店(SpringHill Suites Pensacola Beach)

Todo en el hotel está muy bien, instalaciones, habitaciones, seguridad, limpieza, desayuno (no está mal pero puede mejorar), acceso a la playa, etc. La baja en la calificación fueron solo 2 detalles: 1) El sofá cama no estaba tendido y tuvimos que llamar para que enviaran los tendidos pero no había quien los llevara a la habitación así que tuvimos que bajar a traerlos después de un largo y agotador viaje de pasada la media noche; 2) Un imprevisto sucedió al parecer daño en un transformador que se escuchó apenas nos acostamos y al día siguiente el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio así que nos tocó usar las escaleras para ir al desayuno. Ahora estamos pensando cómo bajar todo nuestro equipaje… falta un plan de contingencia para estos casos. En general es hotel y personal está muy bien. Volvería sin duda.

Absolutely horrible! We left after one night even though we wouldn’t be refunded (prepaid). Went swimming the first night and my husband and children encountered BM and dirty toilet paper in the pool. My son had someone else’s fecal matter stuck in his toes! We told the desk and they sent a guy to scoop out the toilet paper. The pool should have been shocked or drained. The next day, the hit Tun and lower pools were drained (in use the night before) but the poop pool was still open. Obviously we wouldn’t dare use the dirty pool so we were left with no pools to use. The hotel room was not very clean- there were pee stains all over the bathroom wall next to the toilet! We were a family of four but only had towels for 2. The only good thing was the ocean view. We left early and booked at another resort down the beach and had the same wonderful view with immaculate rooms/bathrooms, and no poop floating in the pool! This place gives Marriott a BAD name! I get that accidents can happen but they handled this soooo badly. Now my husband and kids need to be checked for communicable diseases after swimming and putting their faces in actual poop water!

We had an excellent stay at SpringHill Suites in Pensacola. It is a really great resort with impeccable service from all staff. Next time in Pensacola, we will definitely stay there again.

Hotel moderno e dalle dimensioni giuste, non troppo grande. Affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia con piscine riscaldate ed idromassaggio, camera con 2 letti davvero spaziosa e confortevole, con frigo, microonde, cassaforte, addirittura 2 TV, una di fronte ad ogni letto, wifi veloce. Bagno pulito, doccia grande, buoni prodotti di cortesia. Parcheggil e buona colazione compresi, personale molto gentile

The room was beautiful and roomy, love the balcony and the view. Good breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the location. I plan to stay there again.

I would love to say it met our expectations but for the second time in 2 days i booked with a Marriott hotel and after calling to make sure there was a restaurant on site and being told there was.... there actually wasn't. Breakfast buffet is not a bar and restaurant. We are bonvoy members and have a higher expectation. If the restaurants are closed they need to post that on the individual website. Im thinking about giving up my membership and getting rid of my American Express Card. Thanks Bonvoy!

Loved the heated pools, access to the beach and free breakfast buffet. The jets in the hot tub need to be fixed. Need more lighting in the rooms. (Only lights are next to the beds)

It was a very clean place the breakfast in the morning. Was very nice. The only thing and it’s very small is people and the doors all night. They slam and not close quite

I stayed at the hotel for four days and they had a great continental breakfast. The tiki bar tenders were so very nice.
