Upon arrival, the check in process was quick and efficient. The desk attendant was friendly. However, when in the room trying to lower the blind, the entire fixture fell off and on top of my head. Since it was after midnight when I arrived, I notified staff in the morning. I took pictures of the fixtures as well as the cut on top of my head. An incident report was filled out at the front desk. No one has reached out to me and I feel that an acknowledgment was due. (Scott B)

my recent experience at the hampton inn was horrible. Because i booked thru ******* the front desk was not able to assist with providing fair compensation for the inconvenience and the lack of properly functioning plumbing. I stayed there for bereavement and this just made the level of stress much worse. The first night i noticed the toilet was stained and didnt look clean. The toilet clogged and overflowed the 1st night. I had to use the toilet in the downstairs lobby. The next morning when i went to use the shower, the water wouldnt drain. The tub filled soap filmy water. I couldnt even shower in my room. I had to inconvenience my grieving aunt, crowd their space and shower in her room because maintenance doesnt show up until 8am. That morning i told the desk clerk the shower wasnt fixed and i’d like a new room and compensation for 3 days of a barely functioning room. She said she wasnt aware of the shower issue. She gave me a maintenance key to another room, just to shower since i was checking out at 11 and didnt want to have to move all my things. I paid a premium price of $210 per night for a room that did not have a functioning shower nor toilet. I am not happy there were way too many issues i had to figure out where to shower and use the toilet. I would like a refund of a nite. I will say the front desk was very nice and accommodating and apologized for all of the inconvenience and tried to get maint to help asap, but they culdnt refund me since *******

The night shift clerk was extremely rude and acted like we was disturbing her from whatever she was doing . Which was probably texting. The property was great and clean. The morning clerk was great. The night shift clerk absolutely hates people apparently.

The experience was horrible the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at 3 am twice went downstairs the night staff was rude said go back to bed then the morning staff crystal manager didn’t care when asked what happened replied oh well did not apologize or did anything about the situation

A lot of issues with room 333 the A/C made a lot of noise, it never got to a good temperature, the pillows were not confortable at all and we received a noise complaint call when we were trying to sleep and the noises were in the hall or next room who knows and the worst thing the bed had bedbugs..!!! I couldn’t sleep I was scratching my self all night, I discover the bedbugs until I was leaving at 3 am, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE..!!!

Couldn't find my reservation for a digital key. Eventually just had the front desk give me keys.

Under construction and no hot water in showers. Breakfast was limited and no discount for inconvenience of remodeling

This property looks great from the front as you pull up to the front entrance . As you enter the front door , there is a sign saying that the property is starting a renovation . We stayed 4 nights . The last 2 days there were construction guys everywhere and hammering and drilling just outside our room . Phone calls to manager were answered but Stephanie Love did nothing to mitigate the irritating noises . DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL for the next 30 days . The management here is really bad .

Great hotel. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Will stay here again next time I’m needing a hotel in Pensacola.
