維拉帕拉斯特精品飯店(Vila Perast Boutique Hotel)

Premetto che siamo stati solo a mangiare, quindi il commento non riguarda l’hotel. Non fatevi ingannare dal posto indubbiamente carino, con tavolini direttamente sul mare: abbiamo ordinato due secondi di pesce e uno “starter” (cito il loro menu), ma ci sono arrivate tutte le portate assieme e, avendoglielo fatto notare, abbiamo ricevuto come risposta un “dovevate dirmelo subito che lo volevate prima”, quindi perché inserire nel menu degli “starters”? Abbiamo poi preso del vino bianco della casa e ce l’hanno portato con dentro del GHIACCIO. Mi chiedo: perché dovrei bere del vino annacquato? Infine, le due pietanze di pesce che abbiamo ordinato (polpo e branzino) non erano assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo e della location.

We stayed in Vila Perast for 3 days. I highly recommend this hotel to you. + Nice&tasty breakfast + Kind personnel Especially Elza ,from Brasil, in Reception , she is very kind&friendly. Hotel, They are taking you from entrance of Perast with golf cart, also thats nice service. Just negative thing is , its not for otel for all perast stay, parking is problem. You cant enter inside with your car.

We stayed a few nights in the hotel for our wedding to get ready with our bridal party. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel to others. We chose hotel carefully and meet with the new management already in April (we stayed in June) and in between there was a management change and new management made us disappointed. First of all we got the wrong key by the receptionist so on our wedding night we could not enter the hotel at all. We tried to text and call when we got there at 2AM but did not get a hold of anyone as reception is open 8 AM to 8 PM. We actually did not have anywhere to spend the night it was pretty ruined. The staff was very sorry about it afterwards but we did not get any compensation for the nights (except €20 restaurant bill we refused to pay). Apart from this insistent. Rooms are rather small but nice. We had with ocean view. For the price paid the breakfast was terrible I would give it 1-2 stars. The restaurant was closed during our stay so we couldn’t try it out. Location in Perast is nice and the staff is friendly but management seemed not to care a lot for guests or service. Staff overall seemed frustrated and disappointed and argued in front of us on one or two occasions. The property itself has potential but not living up to any of it at the moment summer 2023.

Dit hotel is één grote leugen. De kamers komen totaal niet overeen met de foto's. Toen we aankwamen (eind juli-begin augustus), werden we naar de zolderverdieping gebracht, waar we elk (we waren met nog een koppel op reis) een zolderkamer kregen. Mijn vriend kon er amper rechtstaan. Wij hadden zogezegd een kamer voor 3 personen (3 aparte bedden), maar geen idee waar ze het 3de bed nog zouden kunnen plaatsen. Hierdoor betaalden we zelfs meer dan een gewone kamer met een dubbel bed. We hadden 3 nachten geboekt in dit hotel, maar zijn na 1 nacht al vertrokken. Het ene bed kraakte en piepte, het andere bed was gewoon een slaapbank zonder matras, gewoon een harde plank dus. De gebruikte handdoeken van de vorige reizigers lagen nog in onze kamer, de gordijnen van de veluxen gingen niet volledig dicht waardoor er vanaf 's morgens vroeg heel wat licht binnenkwam in de kamer. De airco mocht niet verzet worden van stand, anders zou er warme lucht uitkomen. Gezien deze airco heel fel stond te blazen richting het t****e bed, was het niet mogelijk om de airco 's nachts te laten aanstaan. Hierdoor werd het opnieuw heel snel warm in de kamer (zeker gezien we onder het dak sliepen). Toen we een upgrade vroegen, konden we een kamer boeken zoals op de foto, maar dit tegen een opleg van € 360. Als toegift wilden ze ons nog € 60 korting geven. Uiteraard hebben we dit niet gedaan, daar dit hotel dit totaal niet waard was/is. De receptioniste wist ons te vertellen dat ze wel vaker deze opmerkingen/klachten kregen van toeristen, maar dat de manager van het hotel hier meestal niet op in gaat. Toen we na de eerste nacht vertrokken, werd er ons op mail bevestigd dat we ons geld voor de overige 2 nachten zouden terugkrijgen. Tot op heden mochten we nog geen enkele euro terugzien en kregen we zelfs een mail terug dat ze niets zouden terugbetalen. Ook Booking komt hier zijn verplichtingen niet na en trekt zijn paraplu open. Wees slim en boek dit hotel niet!!

Delightful stay at this place, really one of those times were the staff really made it a great experience. The girl on the front desk, Nadja, was super helpful and a real boon to the place. Wonderful breakfast as well.

佩拉斯特很漂亮，露台和碼頭也很有前途。不幸的是，8號房間的設計並沒有經過深思熟慮。如果床太小，牆壁與床之間的距離只有15厘米，那麼最好不要使用鐵床，免得一碰就會傷腿。或者即使你的體型適中，你也很難轉身的浴室。如果門以相反的方式鉸接，就會有很多收穫。或者說如果有收納空間的話，那就有很多收穫了。但這一切似乎都沒有計劃；無論如何，即使在入住了 2 天並進行了多次詢問之後，房子裡也沒有任何管理人員可以交談。早餐種類非常少，不符合精品旅館的定位。一切從最便宜開始。這與你在早餐時必須額外支付第二杯咖啡這一事實非常吻合。這就是管理哲學再次顯現的地方：在這裡，你不是女主人，而是客人的擠奶女工。真是恥辱。感謝辛勤工作的員工，他們試圖彌補管理層忽視的許多事情。

Visited with my family, including two coeliacs. Lovely location at the water's edge. They ordered gluten free pizzas, which arrived with lovely handmade bases, and unusually were the clear equal of the 'normal' pizza we also ordered. The waitress was patient and careful and took care to check the details with the kitchen. There were lots of great options for gluten free and otherwise, which is hugely appreciated in a country where GF offerings still aren't very common. If you're looking for gluten free and are exploring the area, also try Marshalls Gelato in nearby Kotor, where all the ice cream is GF and GF cones are available too, and Restobar Taraca, also in Kotor and which also details GF :)
