倫敦格林福德普瑞米爾酒店(London Greenford)

We recently stayed at the hotel with our daughter. Vicky checked us in and when she noticed we both had a walker she made sure we had a ground floor room with all convenient facilities and throughout our stay, whenever she was on duty she made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.

Iv turned up tonight and I was sharing with a work colleague, and the single bed wasn’t made so I went to the reception and spoke to a lovely man called mithaq he was one the best lads you could ever meet he went straight to the room and sorted the bed situation out and he was genuine really nice man thanks again mithaq

The hotel was really close to the tube station in Perivale (approx 8-10 min walk). The staff were really helpful and welcoming and they made time to listen to my son (who has adhd, dinosaur mad and had been to the Natural History Museum). They even had a bowl of sweets out for the kids at the hotel for over Halloween which was lovely. When we visit next, we'll definitely be stopping at this hotel again.

Disgusting rooms (see photos). Mouldy ceilings, dirty skirting boards/carpets and damaged furniture. Front desk, although helpful, didn’t seem shocked, . Changed rooms but all were filthy. Genuinely concerned for our health. Gross.

hotel room was nice and hotel staff were helpful. we had very poor experience at Mylett Arms during our breakfast. Staff at the pub was rude and shouted at us. They had some issue with breakfast list they received from hotel and I was told to get an updated list from the hotel. I politely refused that and the staff shouted at me saying how can she leave other customers to get the list. She eventually sorted things out but her behaviour was very rude throughout our interaction.

I have stayed at a few Premier Inn hotels and found this below standards. The staircase to the rooms were dirty and unwelcoming. In our room we found at the side of the bed a dirty cotton ear bud in full view, dirty bath taps and grouting. The hand basin taps were like nothing I have ever seen before, they sprayed water to the side splashing clothes and mirror if you turned up too much, how your supposed to wash is beyond me. Reception told us all rooms have the water saving taps?? I know it's a budget hotel, but no reason to not keep clean. Three weeks later and I am still waiting for a response from Premier Inn.

The skirting boards in bathroom were filthy. A limiter on the tap meant it was hard to even rinse a toothbrush. Room desperate for redecorating. Pub next door where breakfast is served is desperate loosers venue. No way were we eating there!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant nextdoor was appalling. Premier Inn should check that their restaurants offer good value. It was not clean, menu items not available, food was vastly overcooked apart from the vegetarian tart which was frozen solid.
