Très bien reçu à l'arrivée malgré les quelques minutes d'avance, très agréable et souriante, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous a vite mis à l'aise. Les parties communes (couloirs, escaliers, ascenseur, hall...) était très propre tout comme le petit studio où tout était prêt pour notre arrivée. La literie est très confortable et on prends vite ses marques pour se sentir comme chez soi! Très bien situé pour se balader et visiter les sites à voir de Perpignan, avec le centre historique, les rues marchandes et les restaurants. Très bien isolé car aucun bruit perceptible à l'intérieur du studio … Ni la circulation ni même la pluie a faire et refaire... si je retourne sur perpignan ce sera mon pied à terre.

Nous sommes tombés sur une Laurie qui nous as accueillis d’une manière exceptionnelle, entre courtoisie et professionnalisme nous avons été ravi de notre accueille. Malgré que les chambres soit assez petites nous sommes resté au vu de la courtoisie et de la bienveillance de notre accueil Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir Cordialement

Booked it last minute for a Saturday overnight when nothin similar was available on the Spanish side for miles. I was extremely lucky. Hotel is near all the other chain hotels in a huge commercial area, with entertainment and dining options galore. Excellent no thrill reception and breakfast and a quiet night sleep. Deliveroo and Uber Eats deliver meals to the room. Reasonable pricing too. 82 euros with breakfast for a single room off season. Parking in rather limited quantities is available inside a fenced property. Hotel does not have 24 hour reception. For the price and range of establishments it is a step up from Ibis definitely.

因為第二天要坐火車，所以就定了這家，房間還可以，配套設施也很全，就是停車要另外收費，所以我們提前一天把車子還掉了。

Stayed for four nights in early October. Always a pleasant welcome, and stored my bag without drama when I arrived before midday by train (directly opposite). Looking at previous reviews it appeared my room (214) was refurbished more than twelve months ago but was still pristine. Bathroom fittings were stylish, and indeed the whole hotel as many tasteful artworks displayed. I got the feeling someone has chosen everything from room directional signs to light fittings with great care. The room was small but plenty of open storage, and who comes here to stay in the room anyway? Comfortable bed and no traffic noise despite my room overlooking Avenue General de Gaulle used by many buses. Breakfast was similarly laid out in an immaculately clean servery. Fresh pastries, a selection of breads and lots of locally-sourced produce – the jams and juices were particularly good and even the coffee was roasted in Perpignan. There was never a queue for anything, including the water heater to boil eggs to your liking. Yogurt and cheese was always available and a selection of fruit changed daily. Definitely worth taking, and the hotel appreciates advance booking. The corridor carpets and stairs (no elevator) are getting threadbare, but I suspect they will be shortly replaced. The location was great for me. About 10 minutes walk into the central district past snack bars and kebab shops to reach a good selection of restaurants. I used local trains to visit Les Orgues at Ille-sur-Tet and the fortified town of Villefrance-Verdet-Les Bains. The bus (line 3) to Canet Plage and Canet Sud leaves from the other side of the station. Like every hotel, it is the people who make the experience. All the staff were lovely, and I'd certainly stay here again.
