"My stay was very good overall until the day of checkout. I used the gym both evenings and was impressed with the quality of the equipment. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant, and Paul, who handled my checkout, was also courteous and professional. However, after leaving the property I noticed a $6.48 charge on my card. When I called the hotel, I was informed the charge was for two bottles of water. This was concerning because there were no bottles of water in my room when I arrived, and housekeeping did not service my room during my stay. When I spoke with the manager, Jai, to explain the situation, the interaction unfortunately became very uncomfortable. Instead of reviewing the concern, she accused me of lying and implied that I was suggesting her staff had not done their job. I made it clear that I was simply explaining that there were no waters in the room upon my arrival, so I did not understand the charge. After roughly ten minutes of discussion, she eventually agreed to process a refund, but the conversation remained confrontational. When I asked if I could share one additional comment, the call was abruptly ended. This was a business trip, and my wife and I travel frequently and regularly stay at Hilton properties across the country. I have always associated Hilton with professional and respectful customer service, which made this interaction particularly disappointing. I have never experienced service like this at a Hilton property before. Because of this experience, I will not choose this particular location when working in Perry in the future. I do hope this situation is reviewed, as it does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Hilton."

"This is a very old motel that has seen much better days. Building needs a complete rebuild. Furniture is old and needs replacement. Walls have paint issues, and the bathroom is a toilet and a tub that is very old, and not kept up. Found hair strands on the bed sheet and evidence of roach activity in the room. Continental breakfast is bare minimum at best, dry cereal, gas station style packaged pastry, coffee, and O.J. is it. Go somewhere else!"
