So the hotel is very warn, Curtains ripped, lots of marks on the walls. It was quite. Kind of clean. Front desk refused to give a receipt because we booked through a third party.

The staff was excellent, but the room was dirty, definitely in disrepair, the bedspread had a nasty stain as large as a football & seriously needed a complete update. We were greatly disappointed to pay over $100 for it. We are really not pleased & felt like turning around & leaving when we saw the condition of the room. Disappointing to say the least!

The ONLY downfall was wishing we had more hot water in the morning but everything else trumped that. I would definitely stay every time i come to town

I liked the fact they had a heated indoor pool but the water was kind of cold.

Affordable and near plenty of places but the rooms feel outdated and not very clean. No bed bugs, we checked, but we found some big beetle type thing crawling on the AC. The box springs were stained up which made me feel gross but the bed was clean and not too uncomfortable, room needs more outlets for electronics. Otherwise, pretty standard experience for this price range I’d say.

Dogs are allowed in the rooms which is one reason we chose this hotel. We liked it for that reason. However, there were several things about which we were disappointed. There were only two pillows per bed and they weren't very long pillows. The biggest problem was that the room was musty smelling. The bathroom sink was stopped up and a light bulb was out by the tv. My husband went to the front desk about the stopped up sink and they did quickly let us move to another room. That room was okay. It had a ripped part on a chair but the hotel in general seems older. But that room was musty too. I don't know if they have rooms that aren't musty smelling. We were surprised that this hotel had a 8.4 rating on *******. That's one reason we chose it.

Only negative I can give be this property is the tub in my room was very aged and discolored. This property is well maintained and cares for. I was very impressed what I got for my dollar here, as I have stayed at several hotels over the last three months and this was the nicest one for sure.

Our stay started out rocky! We couldn’t access the internet, a light bulb was out and found a candy wrapper behind a side table. However after we talked to the front desk about the internet issue they ended up upgrading us to a suite! The suites are amazing with the jacuzzi tub, living room area, and the kitchenette! We were so pleased with how the staff addressed our situation and we will go back anytime we r in perryville!
