We only stayed one night in Perth before heading for Busselton but it was one very comfortable evening and lovely morning :)
The place is easy to find, park and restaurants are close by.
Millie the lovely pup made the stay even more worth it ^^

From the moment we arrived, we were delighted with our two-night stay at Durham Bed & Breakfast, a centrally located boutique facility. This purpose-built property combines good design with tasteful decoration and inclusions. Our host, Maurice, is dedicated to providing every guest with a genuine 5-star experience. Everything you could require is available. In addition to your private luxurious space, a central living area is waiting for you to dine and lounge at your discretion. Maurice is a wonderfully gracious host who goes beyond to ensure you enjoy your time. Every space was clinically clean, and everything was working. The sense of security and peace was always present. We highly recommend this offering to anyone seeking a first-class bed and breakfast that delivers excellent value - Russell & Sue from the Sunshine Coast.

Great location, close to restaurants, pubs, etc. in Victoria Park. Bed was super comfortable, air con was quiet, continental breakfast was a perfect start to our day. The only issue was, being on Shepparton Road, there was some traffic noise very early in the morning, but that is to be expected - ear plugs would be an easy solution. Would highly recommend Durham Lodge.
