Recommended place to stay - It’s nice

寬敞、舒適、乾淨的客房，配備許多便利設施。服務很棒。相對方便，距離伊麗莎白碼頭站僅有很短的巴士車程。我們喜歡住在這家現代酒店。

Property is in good walking distance to the CBD, Elizabeth Quay and Perth Convention Centre and has the convenience of a small cafe with lovely staff/owners. These positives, however, would not warrant another stay here. The property is located directly adjacent to the Jacob's Ladder stair climb. This is great if you appreciate exercise but not if you enjoy sleeping. The glazing/construction of the property does not minimize the traffic noise on these stairs at all. Exercisers start on the stairs anywhere from 4:30am, often in groups. Drunken, loud revelers continue to climb and generally hang around throughout the entire night (probably worse on weekends). This constant disruption to sleep, along with a party conducted in and outside an apartment on my level on a Sunday evening that continued well past 11pm, which involved partygoers approaching me aggressively when I stepped into the hallway to calmly express my dissatisfaction, made our stay miserable. The onsite night manager did not answer a call made to complain about the party at 10:30pm, nor did they make any attempt to shut down the party, of which the extremely loud music would have been impossible to not hear regardless of which level they reside on. A phone call to Quest International was also ineffective. Communication was poor in relation to parking, parking fees, and payment. I routinely stay in Quest properties as I enjoy their amenity and value for money, however, this one is not for a return stay.

To be honest I was disappointed to have a room not facing the park as it shows on the website and I booked. I asked to change but the hotel was full. I booked a studio and got 2 separate rooms facing the wall. Make sure to confirm the park view. The staff was very welcoming.

To be honest, the staff struck the right balance of professional and casual in communications. The only slight to communications was ... well me - as I think I could have been a better listener at times. Jacinta was most welcoming and polite and helpful - going way above and beyond also Masai (sp?) and all the staff at the Level 1 café - who not only catered superbly but pointed out facts I did not know about not 'splitting' Almond milk and even showed me where the gym was with no fuss. Deeply appreciated. I have photos but have no access to my phone right now. so if you want them just text me and I will send for you.

Disappointed on arrival into our room, went to sit at dining table to find a sanitary pad on one of the chairs, considering Quest advertises deep cleaning,this left us uneasy. Cleaners quickly rectified, then found marks on bedding, which was changed. Also disappointing that there was no apology from duty manager, nothing even mentioned at checkout. I have been a Quest fan up to now. On a positive note, the executive studio is well designed, with a good sized bathroom and a kitchenette with 2 ring cooktop, oven,microwave a 1 draw dishwasher. Cafe on level 1 is ok, bit dissapointed with breakfast and the toast just being normal bread, where i would expect some kind of artisan bread, scrambled egg was presented on the toast looking like an omlette, but was nice enough, not sure it was worth $10 though. Overall, a one night stay to attend an event in Perth CBD, chose Quest as it was a brand we trusted, will think twice in future.

Disappointing in so many ways. Would never stay here again. Couldn’t check in when I arrived due to their system being down and then went to my room to find rust all over their shower. Worst of it was that our room was never cleaned in a week of staying there. Our booking had daily housekeeping, although front desk said that can’t be done due to staff shortages and that a third party provider was send. Complete apathy

Amazing location to explore beautiful Perth. Jacob's Ladder to Kings Park or a pleasant stroll along the river to Elizabeth Quay. Easy walk into CBD as well. Lovely outlook and staff friendly on check in and out. Only comment is the water was only warm for a shower and washing up and the shower head was very high and not adjustable. However it was a minor issue (not winter) and did not affect the quality of the stay overall
