This place is perfect if you need a cheap room to attend functions in the Mount Lawley area. The price made it cheaper than an Uber there and back so it was a no brainer. It’s nothing fancy but the rooms are safe and comfy and you won’t find better value for money. The room was large and the shower was hot. Towels need updating and the digital TV channels didn’t work, but we enjoyed it. No tea/coffee/milk or soap in the room so take yr own. Our only real gripe was that checkout is strictly 9.30am. 99% of places are 10am. Doesn’t seem like much but on a rare weekend without kids that extra sleep in is valuable 😀. Would definitely stay here again for inner city functions.

Glad we booked to come here for lunch as it was pretty busy. Great food, in particular the seafood linguine washed down with a carafe of vinho verde. Totally outshone 'On the Quay' on St. Mary's. Would recommend.

너무나도 사랑스러운 주인할머니. 퍼스에 대해 친절히 알려주셨고 세탁을 하는 법과 짐 보관에 대해서도 꼼꼼히 알려주셨다. 퍼스를 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 숙소. 하루밖에 못있었지만 한달살이를 한다면 이 숙소에서 하고 싶다. 화장실로 깔끔하고 위치가 좋다. 근방 1km는 다 무료 버스가 다닌다. 세탁기와 건조기가 큰 편이라 양이 많아도 무리가 없이 다 마른다.

Reasonable location but very tired and disappointing.

The location is good. The front room is noisy and to bright From the street lights.

big rooms. No Parking

Lighting. No table lamp.
