I stayed three nights at Margaritaville Nashville for a conference and was drawn to its contemporary coastal vibe—a refreshing, laid-back contrast to downtown Nashville. The location is a standout: just steps from Broadway and other key attractions, making it easy to explore the city by foot. Check-in was smooth, and I was impressed by the room’s layout, which was spacious and well-suited for two. It included all expected amenities, like coffee pods, adding a nice touch of convenience. The bathroom was generously sized; however, the shower was a bit of a letdown, with a weak trickle that took away from the experience. While it’s a solid option for a fun stay, I’d likely explore other hotels nearby before returning—just to sample more of what Nashville has to offer.
We had a wonderful experience with the Deon t desk staff! In particular , Kayla. She was very accommodating and respectful. Made our stay so comfortable and welcoming ! She definitely made a big difference in our time in Nashville! Her efforts Did not go unnoticed!
The service is top notch. They are knowledgeable and make you feel at home. The food and drinks are both great. The rooms are unique and make you feel like you’re not staying in a basic hotel. I’m so glad I chose to stay here and would choose it again!
Booked this hotel based on reviews of it being new, and the fact it was convenient to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the online ability to check in and pick your room was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The walk in shower was excellent. The hotel was quiet. Even though there was construction across the street there was no noise and we enjoyed watching the crane ! The breakfast was not free but the buffet was $12 and food to order was tasty and in the $14 range. Parking was $30 but the room key allowed you to enter and exit as often as you like. Would definitely recommend.
We planned an active holiday Up early out walking e-biking and exploring We were disappointed when twice we arrived back in the afternoon to rest and clean up for an evening out and our room was not cleaned When we asked they advised us housekeeping had until 6 pm to do room service! If you want to make sure your room is serviced call the front desk when going out Our TV broke while we were here which can happen but when we let the front desk know they didn’t arrange for someone to repair/replace it until we called them again when we returned later in the day-then we had to leave while it was replaced There were no robes in our room When we asked about same they said “it’s on request” so we requested and we never did get robes Staff at the front are friendly The front lobby is a nice place to gather after a long day out in the sun for a cold drink -the happy hour menu was just ok It was expensive for me-over $500 a night and it just didn’t translate to anything special When we asked for a late check out the day before we leaves they said to call at 730 after they had time to coordinate with housekeeping. We called at 725 and were told someone bought out all of the late check outs! Someone else we knew was staying at the same location-she called at 715 and was given a late check out!? I liked the location and the overall vibe but will look for something else next time Just wasn’t anything special Erin and Liz
Lovely stay in Nashville arriving to celebrate a family birthday. I was concerned about being out of downtown Broadway area, but we were ultimately happy to be away from ”crazy town”. Everything is quick and easy Uber ride and we actually enjoyed our 1.8 mile walk back from Sinatra's in the Printer's Alley area last night. Beautiful lobby and pool areas and Katie, the bar tender at the Henley was top notch. David, our hard working valet, went above and beyond nonstop and always with a smile. Room were nice sized, comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommend a stay at the Kimpton Aertson Nashville.
