I will not come back.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During check-in, the staff took my IC but failed to return it, and no one bothered to call me about it. I only realized it was missing the next day when I had already left for an important medical appointment. I had to waste time and money taking a Grab all the way back, which caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
What upset me even more was the manager, Mr. Edric’s, response. Instead of offering real help, he only reassured me that the mistake would not be repeated. There was no effort to assist or make up for the trouble I went through. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
