工作人員服務很好，他們允許我換房間。但是房間很舊，破舊不堪。玻璃桌下有螞蟻，我每天都得滅一些。地理位置很差，附近沒有餐廳和商場。

飯店房間很乾淨，但明顯很舊。毛巾很舊，每人只有一個枕頭，雖然有咖啡和馬克杯，但沒有水壺，也沒有牛奶。 走廊地毯很髒。 會議廳的地毯上還有煙蒂。 自助餐低於平均水平，食物不夠每個人吃。 飯店餐廳的服務很差，而且比其他餐廳貴，準備好等50分鐘才能吃到一份烤肉串，結果拿到的只是一份捲餅，然後被告知這就是我點的，我需要吃的。

並非穆斯林友善飯店 靠近Amcorp購物中心和輕軌站（Asia Jaya站和Taman Jaya站）。 停車場設有自動販賣機。 停車場到飯店大廳沒有電梯。

服務很差，尋問幾次有沒有梳子和刮鬍刀供應，都得到不同答案，最後直接回答酒店不供應。另外想要多一瓶礦泉水也是要收費的。早餐很差，尤其是沙啦蔬菜很不新鮮。服務態度也不友好。總之，該酒店如果𣎴是公司活動的話，儘量不要選擇，

房間整潔漂亮，乾淨舒適。空調很冷，淋浴水流強勁，淋浴體驗很棒。飯店設有停車場，附近有許多餐廳。我兒子在這家酒店參加了一個會議。飯店大廳很有意思，飯店的食物都很美味。

Very comfortable and clean room with soft mattress and pillows. Actually I booked a Deluxe room but when it was time to check in, the room was not ready yet and the hotel upgraded a Junior Suite room to me. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable but the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved.

The hotel is located at a convenient location. The general outlook is it needs an upgrade. The service was mediocre the room was not serviced when I returned and there is an intermediate door to the next room which was not lockable. The wall between the rooms is very thin one could hear all the conversation.

Got car park. Can park there RM1 per entry. Need to verify at the front desk before going out. Comfortable to stay. Will stay there again.

I arrived at the hotel on Christmas evening due to delayed of my flight and heavy traffic at KLIA. The room assigned to me was on 15th floor. It was very empty and the furniture was quite old. Even the 18-20 inches TV was not the LCD type. No many choices of channels to choose from.  Bed sheets and pillows were quite worn down and a bit antic.  The nearest mini mart store was about 200m away across the main road and over the traffic lights. The nearest LRT station was about 1-2 Km away from the hotel. Definitely need to order GRAB car to travel out. Generally it is okay for a solo traveller who does not want to stay in a backpacker hostel.
