Great spur of the moment trip. Excellent location. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. The only glitch was that the waffle machine was broken, but these things happen. Would definitely stay again.

Found blood on our comforters after we had slept in these beds that most definitely wasn’t our own. Ended up making 11 trips to the front office due to our key not working the last night. Manager stated he would refund the stay snd has not done so. Cafe they state they have left alot to be desired and has diminished over the years. It was amazing 5 years ago and included pizzas, burritos and tons of options now is 3 types of soup that were put away at 6:30 when we went to eat dinner after skiing. This property used to be amazing and now is lacking living to the description they give all the way down to no coffee pot in the rooms. Sad really! Been staying here while skiing for 15 years 3 times a year but never again!

Our stay at the hotel was fine, the property is just getting a little run down and some extra attention could be given to cleaning.

We noted they had the American flag, Michigan flag and Canadian flags properly displayed. This may not mean much to some people but it did to us.

Could not get into room, had the key made twice standing outside in 20 degree weather had to go to a different hotel

The beds are the supposed to be the big feature here as they are head and foot adjustable and have massage in them. A win win to hear your partners snore melt away! The room had very nice new flooring, cable TV on new flat screens, a mini fridge and a microwave. The shower had great water pressure. My only issue is a tiny one, and it's that I don't care to have the soap dispensers in the rooms because I can't see what type of product I'm about to put on my skin.

Beds are great, massages and expandable! Nice and quiet except for people starting their loud vehicles during the night, it was cold out so not sure if they were warming their Deisel truck up or having a smoke at 4 in the morning.

Good short stay. Comfortable room. They have s cafe that is free to eat. Snacks, hot dogs, hot snack rolls, homemade chili and soups. Breakfast as well hot sausage gravy eggs, sausages and biscuits, waffles cereals.

Have been staying at this motel many years when I go to Petoskey Christmas shopping. Has gone down hill the last two years. This will be my last stay looking for a new place to stay next year. They adversise free popcorn,not one time during my stay was popcorn available. The dining riom was a mess at lunch time, never cleaned after breakfast. The water in the room was not even hot luje warm at best. The housekeeper brought towels since stay overs are not cleaned and she smelled like pot.
