高塔酒店 - 南格拉斯的評價

Il y a 6 ans, je mettais 5 étoiles et je disais : "Entièrement rénové, équipe jeune et dynamique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 6 ans après, 2 étoiles de perdus ! Le site est toujours exceptionnel pour ces équipements et son calme. Le service est correct ( Cathy, il faut sourire 😃) Par contre, la cuisine ne suit pas. Je ne sais pas quelles en sont les raisons, mais c'est bon, mais désorganisé, pas anticipé, pas adapté, avec des portions insuffisantes et irrégulières d'une assiette à l'autre. Il faut se reprendre !

Booked to stay here for 6 nights in August 2022. The hotel has so much potential it is in a beautiful location with a lovey quiet outdoor pool area but the facilities are horrendous. The restaurant if that is what you could call it, is run very badly staff rude and unwelcoming. Its only open a few hours a day and drinks can only be bought from the bar when the restaurant is open. On the Saturday night there was a private wedding, the hotel guests were not permitted anywhere near the restaurant...guests should be made aware of this when booking! We weren't able to even get a glass of wine. We had a car so luckily we ate out after the first night. No fridge in the rooms and the place was over run with ants even in the bedrooms and corridors of the hotel. Lots of mosquitoes too which is to expected so cant blame the hotel for this but ants in the room is unacceptable and avoidable. The rooms and corridors were covered in massive cobwebs. Cleaning was minimal/non existent even though cleaners seemed to be present a lot of the time. Sorry but would never return to this hotel. Would return to the area but never this hotel. Pity really as the place as I said has so much potential. Restaurant needs run by professional people not the staff we witnessed. I never review hotels because I am generally happy with most places if they are clean and staff are welcoming. On this trip we stayed in hotels in Nice and Cannes and they were great. Therefore I feel the need to review this one as it was so bad.

Chambre sans climatisation au dessus du restaurant avec bruit infernal jusqu’à une heure du matin alors que nous avions réservé en spécifiant que nous avions un bébé et un enfant en bas âge . Le gérant de l’hôtel nous a expliqué qu’il n’y avait rien à faire

Un accueil chaleureux le personnel à vos soins Et surtout de nos jours le personnel est correct tout est propre à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur il y a piscine terrain de tennis un terrain de pétanque il y a une table de ping-pong et de billard et plus encore l’hôtel a même un animateur Et en plus il y a un restaurant sympathique Bravo à vous tous continuez comme ça je vais recommander votre hôtel à mes amis et surtout un point très positif je vais revenir
