They call this massaman curry!!!! The waitress kept giving us wrong orders the three days we stayed. The hotel is lovely though small room. First day breakfast, we ordered fruit plate, it didn’t come till the end after an hour. Ok. We reminded her. But we still didn’t get it after we ordered more drinks eg banana milk shakes etc. we forgot too until the second day breakfast when we see the menu. The waitress was simply very absent-minded. Never gave us 2 sets of forks or spoons unless we asked again and again. I can finally get another set when I stood at the kitchen requesting. The second day, we ordered two rice porridges but only one arrived. Coffee arrived much too early and it was cold when we finally got our second porridge in the end. We had dinner there on the second day. We ordered coconut milk soup with only veggies. But in the end, there was chicken inside. No worries we ate it. But the massaman curry was too shocking because it was white in colour. I believe she made a mistake and ordered two coconut soups at the kitchen. We said we wanted curry. Then she went back to the kitchen and added some potatoes in and saying that massaman curry we had before in our life was not cooked properly, too much curry haha. It should be like coconut milk soup. This hotel does have very interesting staff. If you want to enjoy wrong orders and no spoons or forks unless you ask again and again. Come up try. In my opinion, there are better hotel choices in this area. By the way, in the second day dinner, we ended up having 3 plates of rice for 2 of us. I ordered coconut milk soup, massaman curry, morning glory and one rice. The waitress explained why we got three plates of rice in the End is that they gave rice to every dish, Inc the soup. That’s why we ended up having 3 plates of rice. I wonder why she couldn’t tell us in advance that we actually didn’t need to order rice. Very poor attitude too. Yelled at us saying massaman curry should be coconut milk white.
