房間打掃的很乾凈，連院子都打掃得很好，赤腳院子一圈竟然腳底沒有灰塵，確實很用心。 別墅是VIP入住，有VIP接待室辦理入住。 特別是酒店的服務人員很熱情，對於酒店的設施和服務講解的很仔細。 再說一下服務，真的特別好，尤其是那一句:在這裡有什麼問題請電話按0，我們都幫您處理。

This place was amazing Free Shuttle bus service was flawless Staff out of this world friendly. Rooms beautiful clean large. Easy day trips organised. Facilities fantastic. We cannot thank everyone there for a wonderful 5 nights. Cannot wait to return when the ***** is completed. So much going on.

A beautiful resort with great service. All of the staff were so friendly and professional. Special thank you to Amy, Kathy, Billie,Mr Quyit (whom my daughter fell in love with at the Churchill restaurant), and Son at the pool bar. The resort is well maintained. The food has plentiful portion sizes and is very good (a bit pricey), and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back again.

雖然在海邊、環境古色古香，但是維護得非常好又乾淨，房間設施有問題叫修也很快；早餐種類算是普通，但是可接受；戶外設施很多、非常適合帶小朋友來玩；體驗過絕對會回訪

工作人員非常好，他們盡了最大的努力使我們感到舒適。他們幫助我們在不加通知的情況下通過私家車預訂了回胡志明的交通。雖然早餐不是很好，但其他菜肴都很棒。毛巾，熱水和水壓是開始和結束一天的完美之選。此外，海灘並不擁擠，因此您可以與家人和朋友一起欣賞日出和日落。

我們入住的時候,房間有潮溼的味道然後我們向前台投訴後,酒店派了客房服務員用cajeput油解決這個氣味。因爲我們是雨季來的,所以用這個麻煩理解。我們選擇酒店餐廳午餐,晚餐和早餐,但食物一般般,不像我們預期的那樣。視力很好。游泳池的水即使在6PM也挺暖和,我們喜歡。

這個地方很棒,有私人海灘和細心的工作人員。度假村安靜,有美味的自助早餐,有越南和國際美食。會推薦情侶和大家庭。

這是一次愉快的旅行，我們在Ho Tram和Dhawa度過了愉快的時光。如果我們與霍特拉姆假日酒店和洲際酒店集團的標準相比，房間有點小，而且不是很乾淨。但游泳池更好，海灘也更好。我有點考慮下次當我回到 Ho Tram 時我應該住在 IHG 還是 Dhawa。我希望房間更乾淨，大一點是最好的。謝謝。
