Your suggestion about preparing the room with a light fragrance beforehand has been shared with our Housekeeping team for improvement.In relation to the communication style, particularly the repeated use of “just a moment,” we completely understand how this may have created an impression of uncertainty. Please rest assured that we are reinforcing internal training to ensure our associates communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and professionalism.Regarding the shuttle bus arrangement on 24/02, we would like to clarify the situation transparently. At the time your request was received, both the 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM departures were fully reserved according to the booking list available to our team. Based on that information, you were informed that the buses were full.Later, several cancellations were recorded for the 2:00 PM departure, which created additional availability. As soon as seats became available, our team immediately informed you and successfully arranged your transportation.We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation may have caused. There was absolutely no intention to mislead or treat you differently in any way. The information provided was based on the real-time booking status at that moment. That said, we acknowledge that the communication could have been handled in a more reassuring and flexible manner. Melia 是我住酒店最失望的一個酒店我中文不是特別好所以具體點會用英文寫,不過我推薦假如要來這個地方還是小心一點。 1)melia has 2 pools for the entire facility but normal people can only use one, the other pools called levels (adult only pool is reserved for their members or people that book villas only , you can also pay extra ... To use a pool .... Ridiculous but its their policy and they dont say it anywhere. We walked there and they didnt let us sit down couldnt even buy a drink cause they hate money i guess 2) melia is trying to be a luxury style beach resort like maldives where they have (all inclusive) but their quality is far from it. Most of the items on the menu will not be available (still waiting for that boat with the oysters to come in) 3) melia food quality is very poor they dont know how to cook western (microwave) they dont know how to cook asian too sweet or too salty (like me trying to cook at 3am drunk ) they dont even know how to cook paella spanish rice when they are spanish owned. 4) now their restaurant (A) you will not find water anywhere they dont believe in it, they dont serve it in the restauranta u have to buy like bora bora and maldives but they arent on a private island (B) their paella is marked one price but they cant make it for one you have to buy 2 cause that makes sense, when ur here u feel like ur at an old chinese hairdresser store dont know when they next hidden pricing or surprise rule is coming, just waiting for them to ask you to充卡。(C) many items on menu they dont have you will talk to the waiter many times telling u sorry no this no that l 5) the drinks by the pool at least is reasonable but prob no coconut or this or that half the time. 6) finally their activities are barely activites on the list there seems alot but half of them are not running or temporarily not available or some that are , are ridiculous like water aerobics where the trainer dont even come in the water with u just play a song and watch u fliop in the water. Overall this hotel is medium 3-4 star resort with mediocre resort trying to pass off as if they are a 5 star in a location they are definetely not in. Add in the bad food and no water unless paying for it. (btw you get 4 cans of water in ur room- yes cans) oh yea they also overbooked our pickup to the hotel and couldnt get on the bus we did get a taxi to the place eventually and we did get the hotel to pay for it but just be aware they are very messy and it can really mess up your vacation with these constant little things and messups. Rooms are clean so thats a plus. The sea air is good .... I guess .... And uh they have a beach the water is so so... Yay

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this external misinformation may have caused.Concerning our recreational activities, while we always aim to operate the full schedule as published, certain outdoor activities may occasionally be adjusted or temporarily suspended due to weather conditions to ensure guest safety. In such situations, activities are relocated to indoor venues or rescheduled accordingly, and updated information is communicated to guests through our daily activity schedule and on-site notifications.Regarding drinking water, complimentary water is always available at our gym. Additionally, if guests require extra water in their room beyond the provided amenities, our team is more than happy to assist upon request.As for menu availability, we would like to respectfully clarify that all dishes listed are part of our official menu. However, on certain days, specific fresh ingredients may sell out due to high demand. In such cases, a limited number of items may temporarily be unavailable. We apologize if this occurred during your visit, but it does not reflect the absence of “most” items from the menu.We genuinely value your feedback, as it allows us to continuously improve both our service quality and communication.
